I rented this place on a one-year contract based on the promise of a fully furnished apartment. In reality, multiple things were not working, including the refrigerator and basic bathroom fittings.
The management’s behavior made the experience worse. The new manager, Mr. Peter, is extremely unprofessional in the way he speaks to tenants and does not handle issues responsibly.
Even after paying the full rent, no proper assistance was provided and concerns were repeatedly ignored. This place does not deliver what it promises.
I would strongly advise others to avoid signing any long-term agreement here.
I stayed in this hotel apartment in room 706 for 1 year. Rented to me by Mr. Yasir. After finishing the stay they are not giving the deposit back since 8 months. I was told by Yasir that it is 2 months to get the deposit back bit they keep making excuses with no intentions of giving it back. If you are fine not recieving your deposit back thrn go ahead else avoid at all costs!
Check-in was very slow!
(Although we arrived at 18:00, the room was not prepared)
About 40 minutes of waiting, when we asked for water, they offered to buy it!)
By the way, in the room they give 1.5 liters of water for four people, well, thanks for that))
The kettle in the room did not work. The TV remotes had no batteries, the defects were fixed in 5 hours!! After a second call to the reception.
The reception staff simply does not care!
