Beach: public sandy beach, 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.

At reception, I even heard another guest complaining about rats, which was very concerning.
Overall, not recommended. For the same price, you can easily find cleaner and better hotels nearby.
The hotel is in a very crowded area, the room smelled bad and was full of cockroaches, the locker didn’t work and was never replaced, and there was no fridge until they brought one from another room. The washroom stopped working, and it took multiple reminders just to get basic housekeeping or maintenance done.
Extremely poor hygiene, bad management, and zero customer care. Definitely not worth the money or stress

In one word I will not recommend this place for anyone.
Fully disappointed and not even worth for the money.
Booking.com did refund me and apologized several times, but the experience with the hotel was terrible. I had to stay with friends for the night. If I didn’t have anyone to stay with, I honestly don’t know what I would have done — nearby hotels were almost fully booked.
The room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, their service was the worst, broken telephone and no reply in whatsapp. The only thing they care about is your money, and thats it. I had to visit the reception thrice to get the towel and slippers. Limited supplies of drinking water and supplies like tissues and toilet paper. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
