50-storey hotel has 409 rooms (no connecting rooms).
Beach: public sand 3.6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 900 m.

Specially like to thank Mr Emmer who helped us call the airline patiently for flight rescheduling.
But, the lift service and the room key system are very troublesome. During check out and breakfast time, you have to wait for 8 to 15 minutes for the lift. The average time is 5 to 10 minutes for the other time during the day. From the check in day, the keys couldn't open the door. I went down to the reception but it couldn't be fixed and was told to fix on the next day. I stayed for 8 nights. 6 days had the same problem. Every time had to go up and down and up and every time had to wait for the lift 5 to 15 minutes. Nearly 70 years old I am, for 2 cases, I walked down 4 floors in order to go to the reception to fix the key problem. Very disappointed and infuriated.
My only comment is the lift waiting time. It needs an upgrade to cope with high occupancy rate. And the outside windows from the room, it needs to be cleaned. Its all covered with dust that I couldn't see clearly the outside view from my windows.
Location is very convenient. Less than 2-min walking to the metro station. 1 stop to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Carrefour is about 10-min walk, and there is a very nice restaurant called Sansation DIFC, about 10-min walk from the hotel that serves very good Mediterranean food at a reasonable price.
The only downsides were the slow lifts (only 3 out of 5 were working during my stay) and the really cold temperature of the room despite adjusting the air-conditioning (possibly due to a central system).
While I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, the hotel offers several dining options, including a restaurant on the 43rd floor, as well as a cafe and Starbucks on the ground floor. There is a small convenience store on-site, and a larger supermarket just a few minutes' walk away. The location is excellent - only a 4-minute walk to the Financial Centre metro station, and easy access to Ubers for exploring the city.
