I've stayed at many hotels in Dubai, but let me tell you something important: the reception staff is truly wonderful, friendly, and welcoming, especially Noha and Jyoti. I asked them a few questions about places I wanted to visit, and they went out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel, definitely 5 stars.

Spacious room. Good location, just 2 minutes walk to the Financial center station. Staff are helpful.
But, the lift service and the room key system are very troublesome. During check out and breakfast time, you have to wait for 8 to 15 minutes for the lift. The average time is 5 to 10 minutes for the other time during the day. From the check in day, the keys couldn't open the door. I went down to the reception but it couldn't be fixed and was told to fix on the next day. I stayed for 8 nights. 6 days had the same problem. Every time had to go up and down and up and every time had to wait for the lift 5 to 15 minutes. Nearly 70 years old I am, for 2 cases, I walked down 4 floors in order to go to the reception to fix the key problem. Very disappointed and infuriated.

The front desk staff were super friendly! 👍 The hotel's location is excellent 👍 right at the subway station 🚉. Burj Khalifa and the Museum of the Future are both within walking distance 💖. The buffet breakfast is incredibly comprehensive, with lots of choices and it's all delicious 😋. There's a mini-supermarket right out the back door, which is perfect for all your daily travel needs! 🥳 The room has a fully equipped kitchen, great for cooking 🍳, and all the tableware you could need. 😎 There's also a really tasty pilaf place nearby. 😁 And the rooftop pool offers amazing views! 😎 This hotel is definitely a top choice whether you're here for business or sightseeing! 👍👍👍

I thoroughly enjoyed my 8-night stay at this lovely hotel.The housekeeping, front desk, concierge and restaurant staff are very professional and responsive, kudos to them. Room is very new and clean, big enough for a family of 4 to 5. Breakfast is simple and lack varieties, during my 8 nights they served the same food everyday, and mostly veggies options. Coffee is good though.
My only comment is the lift waiting time. It needs an upgrade to cope with high occupancy rate. And the outside windows from the room, it needs to be cleaned. Its all covered with dust that I couldn't see clearly the outside view from my windows.
Location is very convenient. Less than 2-min walking to the metro station. 1 stop to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Carrefour is about 10-min walk, and there is a very nice restaurant called Sansation DIFC, about 10-min walk from the hotel that serves very good Mediterranean food at a reasonable price.

The hotel service was terrible. When I checked in, there was only soap in the room, no shower gel. I didn't think much of it at the time, but checking out was a joke – they said the shower gel was missing and wanted to charge me! Seriously, do they really think a guest would steal their shower gel? The environment was mediocre and cold, and the elevators were slow.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn by Marriott and would highly recommend this hotel. Though I booked a deluxe king room on the 2nd-5th floor, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious deluxe room on the 30th floor with two twin beds, as well as complimentary late check-out. The room was well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, and a standing shower. The staff, from the reception, housekeeping to restaurant teams, were incredibly warm and attentive.
The only downsides were the slow lifts (only 3 out of 5 were working during my stay) and the really cold temperature of the room despite adjusting the air-conditioning (possibly due to a central system).
While I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, the hotel offers several dining options, including a restaurant on the 43rd floor, as well as a cafe and Starbucks on the ground floor. There is a small convenience store on-site, and a larger supermarket just a few minutes' walk away.
