Beach Walk Hotel Jumeirah in Dubai

I stayed from January 2nd, 2026 to January 7th, 2026, in a Premium room with a balcony. (In my opinion, this is the best room in the hotel because it has a balcony and fresh air access, unlike other rooms where windows don't open and you're stuck with AC. Plus, rooms in this category don't face the main road, making them as quiet as possible in Dubai.)

This isn't my first time staying here; I've been twice before in 2023 and 2024.

I can say that the hotel has maintained its high standards compared to my previous visits. My rating is 4 out of 5. I'm deducting one point for the room cleaning, which is the only negative aspect. The sand on the floor wasn't removed, and it wasn't vacuumed. Also, cleaning took a very long time; on some days, the room wasn't cleaned even by 4 PM.

Aside from that, the hotel is excellent.

Pros:
+ Close to Kite Beach (5 minutes on foot).
+ The hotel provides beach towels and an umbrella.
+ Close to the Fish Market (5 minutes, excellent place, highly recommend).
+ The entire Kite pedestrian street and jogging track are right by the hotel.
+ It's a new hotel with good furniture, nice bedding, and stylish rooms.
+ Good, stylish bathroom, and they replenished toothbrush kits daily.
+ Decent breakfasts; everything you need is available. You can order omelets or fried eggs, there's porridge, fruits, pastries, and now you can pour your own coffee as much as you like (a big improvement since 2023). Overall, breakfast has gotten much better compared to 2023 and 2024.
+ Very good cafe on the ground floor. A big thank you to the barista working there.
+ Front desk staff (there's an employee who speaks Russian). Always ready to help with any questions.

Cons:
- Housekeeping: they virtually don't vacuum, never clean the balcony floor, and take a very long time to clean rooms. This alone deserves a minus one point.

And I guess there aren't many other cons.

For me personally, this hotel was a discovery in 2023, and it has only gotten better over these three years.

This hotel is incredibly cozy, quiet, clean, and beautiful. The staff are wonderful—polite and very helpful, always ready to assist and offer advice. The rooms are spotless. It's just a one-minute walk to the sea, and they provide umbrellas, towels, chairs, and water. They even send you off with a great mood! We highly recommend this hotel for your vacation and will definitely be back for more good vibes!!!
