Nice hotel, can't fault anything during our stay. In-between the W and Westin hotels, can use the facilities of both these hotels. Small waterpark which is also free to use.

Our family had an unforgettable stay from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the check-in, concierge service, and hotel staff were all superb. Truly a 10/10! They were incredibly attentive, responsive, always smiling, and genuinely caring. The service was excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff told us which restaurants we could choose from, where breakfast was served, the times for everything, and the pool opening hours. They also provided a map and the operating hours for all the facilities.

Very comfortable hotel for family vacation. On the territory there are many restaurants with different cuisines, entertainment for children, equestrian club, golf and water sports. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful hotel. I liked the room with a terrace and a sea view, I liked the food (we were in several restaurants of the complex), the child liked the children's playroom and Splash park. The sea, the beach, the pools are amazing. I liked it very much, we will definitely come back again

Fantastic hotel all the staff are very polite. The reception, tour tickets and concierge staff are fantastic. Victoria in the restaurant is always very kind. 4 nights in February. Excellent service all around. Stayed on the beach until 3.30pm then went to the rooftop pool until the sun went down. Happy hour 5 til 8pm every night. Ultra clean, and very polite staff. Well recommended. Very close to central boulevard.

Very nice buffet break fast! Variety of food for dinner buffet however I loved the breakfast more! Spa is very friendly and nice massage experience! Pool is very clean and quiet. As a single parent, there was a safe section for kids to play while I was swimming which is a blessing not worrying about them while relaxing

Exceptional service with all staff very attentive and considerate. Pools were great and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.

The hotel is decent, quite large, and has water play areas. There are also many restaurants; you might want to try booking an all-inclusive room. I took the subway there, but it was a 10-minute walk from the subway exit, which I wouldn't recommend as there are many construction sites nearby. A taxi ride back cost a little over 100 yuan.

The hotel did not have enough parking. Check in was delayed despite we have reached at 5 pm . The breakfast was OK .

As 4 star hotel it is just accepted stay the main point need to enhanced is :, Food taste quality it is really not that good it is less than accepted . Specially for Aloft Mariott brand, it need to be evaluated from that taste aspect veiw and the normal accepted choices and varaity. It is also strange that in same day you find same option of food type at lucnh and dinner. Thanks

Make sure to book a room with a balcony, the view directly facing the Burj Al Arab is fantastic. The hotel has a private beach perfect for relaxing. Every day at 4 PM and 5 PM, guests can enjoy a free yacht tour around Palm Jumeirah by showing their room number. Feel free to leave any other questions you have!

Facilities: All amenities were well-equipped. Hygiene: The staff were very responsive. Because I needed extra mineral water and towels, they proactively left an additional 2 bottles of water and extra towels when cleaning the room. I wasn’t happy with the hotel at first, but Ana, the Guest Relations, completely changed my experience. She moved me to a quieter, higher floor for free and even arranged a late takeaway breakfast.
