The staff were all very professional and proactive. I have to say, customer service in Dubai is top-notch. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 80 AED (approximately 160 RMB), which is a reasonable price

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station. Our room even had a balcony with a view of the station. There's a 24-hour supermarket right downstairs

They also have two morning shuttle services to Jumeirah Beach and three afternoon shuttles to Dubai Mall. The gym is spacious, and the pool offers views of the Burj Khalifa, open from 6 AM to 11 PM

Location is good. It’s in the city center. The apartment is huge with 3br. Big balcony with good view. We’ll surely be back here.

The hotel is very close to Dubai Mall entrance via Chinatown Dubai Mall, just between Vida Mall and Address Residences

The only downside is the bathtub area, door is not enclosed (which I already knew beforehand when looking at photos online, but it’s worse than I thought, since water just splashed out to the floor if not careful enough 😭) Also the water temperature changed from time to time so I always had to adjust the temperature several times

Thank you for making our stay so special :D Our 2 bedroom apartment is big. Both rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and spotless. There are several 24hrs convenient stores, supermarket around the hotel vicinity

Hotel cleanliness is superb, staff is helpful, 2 bedroom apartment we stay is fully furnished with all utensils and kitchenette are fully working. Special commendation to Madhuri who is very pleasant to us

Also Dubai Mall metro station is ine stop travel. Rooms are very decent, breakfast is good. You can definitely keep this as an option

Friendly staff and clean accommodation. However, transportation can be inconvenient, so it would be a good idea to rent a car if you're staying here.

Good place to see firework from burj khalifa. Nice location, roomy but swimming pool is quite small.
