Staff even walked me to the corner to direct me to the Dubai mall (which is very easy to get to- only 10min walk). Strange AC system- had a little difficulty getting the temperature correct, but it wasn’t a problem

But the best manager was Ahmed! Firstly, he was the only one who spoke Russian (and we don't know English, we only learned Japanese and Italian), secondly, he immediately advised us where we should go, how to get to Dubai Mall without calling a taxi (it's faster because it's nearby), and thirdly, he helped us order Dubai Fix chocolate, which can only be ordered on the website twice a day and you can...

He was extremely friendly, welcoming, and so helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend Anantara Spa to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and luxurious spa experience

Dubai's service industry truly values customer feedback. When checking out, they always thoroughly ask about your stay and your rating. It would be even better if there were more Chinese breakfast options.

Checking in was good although when i got the key ,, it was not working. On Friday i spoke to the receptionist regarding the AC,, engineers came and checked but nothing changed

You can also walk through the mall from the hotel to the Burj Khalifa's ground floor shops, which takes about 10 minutes – it's very close. The room was clean, tidy, and hygienic

Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected

Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones

The overall location is excellent, right next to Dubai Mall via a connecting bridge. The room was quite new and clean, and I felt it was better than the other Kempinski across the road

Breakfast costs 75aed, it is fine but nothing special. You have to ask for an adapter at the reception to be able to connect the devices if you are a foreigner. There are very few sockets available in the room

It's about a 30-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, factoring in the long traffic lights. The metro is also relatively close. The only downside was a noisy construction site nearby, but we couldn't hear any noise in our room
