I recently stayed at Vida Dubai Mall and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile

The hotel's location is fantastic; you don't even have to go outside. There's a direct, seamless connection to Dubai Mall

I highly recommend staying here! The only minor drawback is that the room is a bit small, but it's not a major issue since it's just a bed for sleeping, and more importantly, it directly faces the Burj Khalifa! Also, there's a 15 AED tourist tax per room

I also loved the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I truly appreciate the hospitality and professionalism of the team

The gym and pool facilities are also quite new. Breakfast offers a good variety and is well-presented. The only drawback is the absence of a bathtub in the room

First off, I need to mention that this hotel has a mandatory breakfast charge for children. Since my child usually doesn't eat breakfast, when I booked the room, I only included breakfast for two adults

I had a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful. Just a few steps and you’re in the mall. Supermarket, restaurants, cafes, everything you need. It is a short walk from dubai /burj khalifa station.

A short walk to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station, though be aware that the mall is actually almost a kilometre away from the station (via air-conditioned and moving walkways). Rooms were spacious and clean

After staying in a really smelly hotel the night before, this place was a breath of fresh air! It was super clean, smelled great, and the service was excellent. Plus, the guy at the front desk was really handsome!

We got upgraded to a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa which was great. The staff are all very friendly and is a great hotel, it could have done with a bit of a better vacuum but that’s about it.

Everything is good apart of the hot water, I need to turn on for 10min, then I can get the hot water to shower

The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from Damac Maison Mall Street are simply stunning! But it's not just the view that impressed - the front desk receptionist was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making check-in a breeze

I also appreciated the other facilities in the hotel, including the pool and spa area — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, Damac Maison Mall Street offers a high level of service and comfort

The night shift security team was also top-notch, from the supervisor to the gentleman by the door, everyone was courteous and professional

However, there was as buzz noise which wake me up in the middle of the night both days at the nearly same time which is 1 am

Unique hotel design near the Burj Kalifah. The breakfast was fantastic with many delicious a la carte choices. Suleiman was nice enough to upgrade me to a larger room

Once, my son asked for a rubber band to play with, and the staff member brought him a whole big bundle – it was hilarious! 😂 The overall decor has an 'old money' vibe, and the lobby is adorned with many humorous takes on classic oil paintings

Because it's so central, you can get stuck in traffic for half an hour right outside the hotel during peak morning and evening hours (no exaggeration!)

Most of the guests coming and going seemed to be business elites. There's a metro station right outside the door, and it's quite close to Dubai Mall – you can actually walk there

This Ritz-Carlton is more suited for business travel, lacking much of a family-friendly, vacation vibe. Overall, it maintains a high-end luxury tone, with a classic opulent feel

We are staying here for couple weeks for vacation and we can say that the place is accessible and room is clean. Play area have lots of activities with the help of gerilyn. The staffs are very nice

Stayed here 16 till 22nd January as many of the other reviews stated the hotel is a little outdated but it is very close to Dubai mall, so is very convenient for those who want to shop

I really enjoyed my stay - very clean studio with excellent WiFi, washing machine, king bed and TV system. Nice touches like detergent and washing up liquid provided, rather than having to purchase them
