Yes, it's an old hotel. Yes, it's worn out. But the price is unbeatable for a short-term hotel stay in Deira. I had one-night stay, did all my business in the district. Staff was nice too. Thanks!

Need daily cleaning. Not the same as the photo.Shower curtain need to replace new one.

The room facilities were old and unclean!

Fairly Good Budget Friendly Hotel It was fairly good and budget friendly place to stay in Dubai

It is an "OKAY " place to stay compared to the price. The place is clean (toilet and the room) The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Decent choice for a budget hotel in the old area of Dubai. Close to metro and water taxi. Hundreds of shops of all kinds in the vicinity. Many dining choices. The included breakfast is varied and plentiful. Rooms are a bit run down but good enough for travelers on a budget.

It's quite budget friendly place to stay. So close to restaurants, grocery and specially Metro station. I would like to stay again.

The hotel is an average hotel.There is nothing like free continental breakfast for the 8nights I stayed there,so its should be removed from the website so that people won't believe they were swindled.Also ,there are too many tiny cockroaches in the room,toilet and in d fridge.The room need to be fumigated or use insecticide. For the cheapest hotel room we could find in Dubai, it's not bad (if you can live with cockroaches). The area is quite cheap for food and shopping too. The bread served at breakfast was not fresh.
