MOUNT SINA HOTEL By AURA

This hotel is very bad
Not clean and too much dust inside the room
Wifi is not working and the reception staff is a thief.
I lost something inside of the room if back after some hours they are not positive to give me my goods they're not have lost and find area total they are legally thief.
The hotels are also ugly.

We stayed there for three nights and got bitten by bedbugs. We couldn't sleep at night and stayed awake for killing the bugs even though we complained to management they didn't care. so please think twice to choose this hotel.thank you.

The rooms were very outdated and it's inside a very crowded market where you will have a lot of difficulties in finding the parking as this hotel does not have parking facilities. The staff was polite and will give you what you ask but the ambience of the hotel was very poor. Only go to this hotel if there is emergency and you have no other option.
There are two restaurants just next to the hotel so food is not a problem.
The nearby market is also good.

It depends on one's preference. However, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, clean and organized.

There is no respect from stuff at all and they are unfriendly.
At booking they write there is free welcome and when i ask the stuff they reply to me without any respect that “we don’t have any free welcome drink” and no free water,

It is not hotel even animal cannot live here.

The place is dirty, smells bad, front desk staff unfriendly, charged tourism fee and not giving receipt automatically for payment made for it, you have to ask for basics, such as bathroom tissue and fresh towels.
Photos on internet is deceptive of how the hotel really looks.

This hotel is not good for anyone.
First they will take extra money from you even you book hotel online. They will take your passport and threat you.

The worst hotel in this world everything is dirty no change bedsheets,WC dirty no clean , i found are used items for another poor I think this kind of place should be closed down

My recent stay at Mount Sina Hotel can only be described as a nightmarish experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this was not the relaxing and enjoyable stay I had anticipated. I feel compelled to share my experience to inform other travelers about the pitfalls they might encounter.

Cleanliness - 1/5: The state of the rooms was nothing short of appalling. Dust and dirt seemed to be a permanent fixture, and it was evident that the cleaning staff had not made much of an effort. The bathroom, in particular, was a disaster, with grimy tiles and fixtures. It's as if they hadn't seen a cleaning crew in months.

Service - 1/5: The service at Mount Sina Hotel was an absolute disaster. The staff seemed disinterested, unhelpful, and at times, downright rude. I had to call multiple times to request simple things like extra towels or toiletries, and they acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. It was evident that they had little regard for guest satisfaction.

Breakfast - 1/5: The breakfast offered was nothing short of a joke. The options were extremely limited, and the quality was subpar. It was served in a cramped and uninviting space, and I had to wait in a long line just to get a lukewarm cup of coffee. This aspect of the stay was a major disappointment.

Concierge - 3/5: Amidst the chaos, there was a glimmer of hope. The concierge was helpful with our luggage and assisted us in arranging transportation to local attractions. They were polite and appeared genuinely concerned about guest comfort. It's a shame that their efforts were overshadowed by the hotel's many other shortcomings.
