Hotel had a bomb shelter which was nice given the circumstances. Good location and very walkable to site. Great breakfast and staff were very accommodating including arranging transportation

We've had a pleasant weekend stay in the hotel room with terrace. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Although the terrace was too hot before noon we've enjoyed sunrise and evening time there.

This is a lovely hotel, excellent location, and it was worth paying €6 extra per night for a balcony room, overlooking the book market. Very nice staff team in the hotel. Loved the chocolates in reception

Breakfast is served in hotel's Panorama restaurant, is pretty standard buffet with variety of cold and hot dishes. Coffee is good, there are some local dishes as well

Probably the best option to stay in Ternopil. Exceptionally located, nice views if you're on the waterfront side, spacious outside parking

The restaurant doesn't have a very wide selection of drinks but their food selection is huge. The herring and the borsch were delicious. The breakfast was amazing and had an excellent selection of savory and sweet items

I liked syrnyki, which are a sort of small cottage cheese pancakes? Rooms are small but comfy and clean. The local staff are friendly and helpful. Reception desk works 24/7, and lady speaks decent English

I loved Ternopil, small city but very beautiful! The park right in the city center, besides the lake has this amazing atmosphere with many families walking and playing around. Great place!

Basic, but if you get a classic single, it's fair value. The staff are very helpful and there is a secure parking area to rear. Location is good, easy to find

A renovated building that looks like new. The furniture is new, the bed is cozy, and has a nice bathroom. The breakfast is very good and complete. It has a small but helpful conference room

Could be nice to have electric kettle in the room. The good things: Central location, free private parking, the receptionist speaks english

I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.

It is in the Central Avenue, and you have two banks and the main shopping center to just one block walking. A lot of the guests are people coming to do training, presentations or job for a company

I give 7 starts the staff are very very friendly and the people there are allso very very friendly and the food is very good

A simple place that is perfectly adequate to stay in, the room I stayed in was good, and the location is very handy for restaurants and central locations

This is a wonderful hotel; I've stayed here before. Since the hotel is located in the Menorah, it's close to the Dnipro Jewish Museum, access to the rooftop observation deck, and tours of the Menorah

Super spacious, clean with lovely, helpful staff. Fantastic kosher breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, tad old-fashioned (which I loved) with nice bathrobe, slippers and proper, traditional services.

There's a café, bar, and restaurant near the museum, as well as a small supermarket

I stayed on the 10th floor with a view towards the mosque. The room had a good standard, was clean and I liked both bed and pillows. AC and wireless internet worked fine. Only issue with the room was the paper thin doors

It was a pleasure, and not at all squeamish, to use the bathroom and relax on the snow-white bed. The receptionists and maids were incredibly helpful and friendly

And we loved being so close to the Market Square scene. So WCGW? Well, it’s located in the “walking area” of the city so be prepared to schlep your bags a couple blocks

There were tiles on the floor throughout the room, a minus to the coziness, but more hygienic. There were no robes and toothbrushes in the room (I think you need to take them at the reception right away)

We were greeted warmly despite the late check-in. The price of the room included breakfast. I would like to separately note the restaurant on the 9th floor! The views are stunning, large hall

The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and clean. My two-bedroom room had: air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, two armchairs and a coffee table, two bedside tables and a table

The elevator is quite small and takes a bit to make its rounds - but this was just a minor inconvenience. We had a great stay and we'll definitely be back!

Went for the pool with some friends. Was a great place to spend the day relaxing. Lemonade flavors were great and had a good meal by the bar at the pool.

The decor is still Soviet in the common areas, but it is clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice and the restaurant has pretty good service and decent food

I found a piece of metal sponge in my soup. Food is not good and the free breakfast is poor. While generally cordial staff could be better trained. Aloft nearby us more modern and many times better in service and food

I love the hotel!!! Often in Kiev. Was in hotels Ukraine, Dnepr, Cossack, Slavutich, but national is very pleased. The rooms are nice, everything is left to chance, new C/a in rooms

The lobby is a meeting place for all sorts of corrupt officials. I haven't heard of anyone living there. Personally, I use the exchange office there.

The spa on the ground floor with a hammam, jacuzzi, and sauna was excellent. You can choose any spa package. You have access to an indoor saltwater pool, a gym, a spa, and a summer terrace

On the 6th floor very nice restaurant with terrace, fresh flowers, air-conditioning, wonderful view of the city centre. Good prices, great selection of alcohol, delicious desserts, fast and friendly service.

The service is very nice, their staffs are super nice , It’s one of the best hotel in Kharkiv. Rooms are not so spacious but they are clean and the breakfast is super.

The service is not quite equivalent for the “”5 star hotel”. The breakfast has a limited option s and not enough. The food is not so good, there are only some dishes taste good. The staff is not so friendly

The hotel Dnipro is a good hotel, the rooms are cozy, in the room : TV, fridge, kettle. Bathroom looks like after a recent renovation, it looks better rooms and a corridor, each room has a balcony

My stay in Lviv. This was the nicest Ibis hotel at which I have stayed. There was even a fride in the room

Bar and kitchen could be opened longer but there are a lot of place to eat and drink in Lviv center

Please, exclude option to book families a room in your hotel. Breakfast on Saturday was as buffet, what was a good solution. But on Friday the concept of breakfast was that you choose a meal from the menu

The hotel is good for single stay, or couple which stay for one night. When they declared in booking that they have family rooms, you expect something completely different

Due to design, the room in unfriendly to kids, as there are a lot of furniture and design elements that can hurt or fall on the kid. Also the fact that wash basin situated inside room, it doesnt also add comfort

I chose a double room with a balcony, very nice, you wake up in a fairy tale. Although we were out of season, we climbed Mount Plai in good weather. The views are incredible, the route is not difficult

A quiet place with friendly hosts. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner on the spot, they cook it deliciously :) advise on forest mushrooms and which paths are the best to get to.

Quiet, the river is noisy, birds are singing. We drove our own car, so it was not difficult to get there. The hostess cooks very tasty food. But the breakfast was such that we could even take sandwiches with us for lunch
