For some reason, hot water in a shower during my visit was not stable, and the temperature sometimes was not comfortable enough. Breakfast there is included, and the taste is ok, but coffee is not the best

The wifi in the hotel area has no encryption, so if you want to keep your info safe - use VPN. Overall I got a good experience during my stay in this place

The room is cozy and has a nice view, but sound isolation not so good, and you can hear neighbors through the wall. The bed was very soft and clean

As for Lutsk not bad, but a bit noisy if your windows are on the side of central street. The breakfast is OK.

Very good place to stay and good value. Some of staff need more training in customer service to meet the standards more common in the very good hotels. Of special note, Oksana was outstanding in terms of assistance!

Breakfasts were included and they were excellent: cheesecakes, omelets, sausages, cottage cheese casserole, pancakes, porridge and much, much more

Chichikov is one the best hotels in Kharkov overal. It has a grate location, it's very clean and has a friendly staff. I have been in double bedrooms and mini suites and both vere actually a bit over my expectations

Been there many times. Clean, cozy, polite. Food is up to standard. The staff was always friendly, issues were resolved without delay.

A glass guest house, nice renovation and cozy atmosphere. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean. The only downside is that the slippers are not for my size 45.

The lobby is also nice and pleasant, the elevators are new and of an excellent level. The restaurant and the "all inclusive" breakfasts made me very happy, amazingly delicious coffee and always excellent dishes

Very decent hotel, I enjoyed my stay there with family, would come again, but don't expect anything luxurious even in the best rooms, it's what you see is what you get

The location is perfect for visiting Pechersk Lavra, the Holodmor Genocide museum and the Great Patriotic war museum. You also have Arsenalna metro stop a short walk away, and the fantastic Kyiv Food Market

My room on the 6th floor facing the Dnieper river offered good views, especially from the balcony, though it wasn't particularly warm

I stayed here for one night to experience this local landmark. It's a truly impressive building. As a hotel it was very dated and could do with a refurb, however the room was clean and tidy

As a side note, for anyone with access needs, poor mobility or using a wheelchair, the hotel has two lifts and because of the way the floors are designed, it's easy to get between floors

The property was in a great area. Lots of shopping for essentials close by. Staff and locals were all very friendly and spoke relative good English.

The hotel is closely next to a busy roadway from 05 am to 23 h in the window, rattling trams and urban transport, to sleep without good earplugs will be problematic

You get what you pay for as this is a hotel located just next to the main bus station and not so far from the main railway station of Dnipro

I especially recommended to book the upgraded category room with a sofa and an arm chair as it also offers a much more quiet experience. Will definitely come back again

There's a heated outdoor pool, barbecue grills, outdoor gazebos, fountains, a mini-zoo, and a football (or basketball) field. Basically, everything you need for a great and enjoyable vacation in the Carpathians!

There were problems with the room booking, the manager promptly corrected. The hotel is decent, the manager skillfully copes with situations.

We really liked everything, we ran from the vat to the cool pool and back :) You can also dilute the water in the vat at your own discretion

The water in the vat gradually heated up. When we arrived, the water was warm, but after 15 minutes it was already about 40-42 degrees

Great sea and the beach, nice lodging and food. But not that fun with kids (150+ stairs to the beach) and a road to the place (last 40km takes an hour to cover)

Pros: tasty food, lodging, beach sand is really smooth. Cons: way to get there is terrible, beach is 155 stairs far from the hotel, no elevator.

Modern. Everything works. Surprisingly good Pizza restaurant. Dedicated bomb shelter. Air condition worked despite power outage after nearby attack. Good location in the city centre. Some great views from the top floor.

Hotel is great - people working there the BEST! My stay at Ibis Styles in Lviv was perfect. I chose the larger room, and for just $10 more, it was well worth it

A great place for a good rest: wonderful staff, green lawns and lots of coniferous trees, a beautiful view of the Samara River, delicious cuisine, water activities, a tennis court and of course an evening wood-burning fireplace! Of the disadvantages - 1 bathroom for 3 rooms combined with a bathroom, in general I recommend!

The food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious, I recommend trying the dorado in salt. The service is at a very high level. It's nice to come and relax. Good Spa, the Samara River is nearby
