Good located hotel , on territory very good Kate with delicious dishes

Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak

Prime see-front position with nice restaurant on beach. Very very friendly staff with receptionist fully fluent in English. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes)

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

The hotel offers excellent breakfasts, with a variety of fish, meat, cheese, and eggs in all forms, all available à la carte. There's also a very good restaurant open for both daytime and evening meals

The Hotel Panorama is simply excellent. It’s so good, I don’t really want anyone else to know about it. Lovely setting, amazing views over the Black Sea. The pool was hardly ever busy

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The soundproofing is excellent (you can't hear the music from the neighboring restaurant right under the windows if you close the balcony doors)

It features a pool, jacuzzi, and restaurant. There's a small parking lot, but it's best to book in advance. The staff is very friendly, and we checked in very quickly

Very good place to stay and good value. Some of staff need more training in customer service to meet the standards more common in the very good hotels. Of special note, Oksana was outstanding in terms of assistance!

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable, warm. Nice staff - they solved all our problems, helped with everything, ordered a transfer from the airport

Breakfasts were included and they were excellent: cheesecakes, omelets, sausages, cottage cheese casserole, pancakes, porridge and much, much more

Rooms are pretty small, but enough to spend the night. Good experience near Downtown Lviv.

The hotel is in a very picturesque place on the embankment. There is a bar and a restaurant. For Zaporozhye, the level is quite good.

Modern. Everything works. Surprisingly good Pizza restaurant. Dedicated bomb shelter. Air condition worked despite power outage after nearby attack. Good location in the city centre. Some great views from the top floor.

Hotel is great - people working there the BEST! My stay at Ibis Styles in Lviv was perfect. I chose the larger room, and for just $10 more, it was well worth it

The hotel location is good if you go by taxi or auto. From Hydropark metro telepath on foot 10 minutes. Reception is small and not comfortable. If you are expecting more than 10 guests, there are 4 seats at the bar

This is our favorite place to stay on the way from Germany-Poland to Kyiv. Great location, picturesque landscape, delicious food.

They allow guests to have an evening host and speak very loudly in microphone and they allow to play very loud music with high bass (which if you have a slightest taste in music - is absolutely horrendous and there's nowhere you can find from it in the restaurant) Kindly note those peculiarities before booking the room

Secondly, their reception staff isn't trained to assume you might want to dine in their restaurant if you arrive at the evening, so they will NOT notify you if they have some kind of banquet with music planned for that evening

The presence of an elevator, rooms for people with disabilities, covered parking for cars and a restaurant are clear advantages compared to many options in Kharkiv

Of the shortcomings - very weak Wi-Fi signal in the Suite in the bedroom, the bathroom is cool with the included hood (never found how to disable it). For visitors without a car - location is a bit inconvenient

Just the perfect place for mountain hiking, close to some of highest peaks in the Ukrainisn Carparthian mountains. Good comfort in woiden cottages, very good kitchen & bar, just a nice place to stay there.

Good choice of drinks and meals in the restaurant, but the brakfast is not really good (the choice is poor there). Recommended place to visit with your family, friends, children or just for a couples

The hotel is very good, but the bartender (older, without hair, glasses at night shift 17-18. ) should definitely lose his job

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv. I was going to post photos, but quite honestly, the photos on the website and those put up by management here are pretty accurate

The bar staff is also excellent. Maksym, Vlad, and one other bartender whose name I unfortunately can't remember -- all of them provided truly stellar service throughout my stay

The hotel is beautiful. Classic but updated. Spa & swimming pool are beautiful. Great massage. Food is good & there is a casino if you want

No bias, when in many hotels super cool hall per yard Eurodollars, and miserable rooms with ragged robes. Everything here is exactly : nice renovation, nice staff, pleasant 4! Pillows, nice mattress and linens

Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.

Great location in the heart of Odessa. Good traditional and European food. Pets are welcome (important for us). In short - great place to spend time in Odessa (we visited in December and didn't try the beach))))

In the center on Deribasovskaya. Yes, even in the part where you can drive up by car. Excellent parking, but it is better to warn in advance if you need it. We rented apartments with their own kitchen

It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again

Everything was great. We booked a superior room, and it was spotless and cleaned every day. The bathroom was mold-free, and the toiletries were changed daily. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very spacious and with the balconies reaching into the trees on the street, there's a calmness about the place that lays over all the fun things that are right there in Odesa.
