Cons: It needs updating and renovation (the soft chairs in the salt room are worn and not very clean, the mosaic tiles are peeling in some saunas, the jacuzzi and foot hydromassage didn't work, and the paint in the pool area is cracked and peeling in many places

It has quite big water pool with gaiser, and air pump. Kids can jump into water, no one said we must not do this. All kids are just happy from jumping into water. Hamam is very big, and there is another smaller one

The interior is gorgeous, rooms are big and clean. Ours was with two windows and french balconies. In general, it is very quiet place. SPA center is very big and provides multiple services

Five stars for the price and amenities. A day at the spa will cost you three times less than in Kyiv, even taking into account fuel costs. It's an hour's drive from Kyiv

Very well located, and very helpful staff. The rooms themselves feel a bit old fashioned in their lighting since this is an old hotel. Good and inexpensive food at their restaurant.

The good points about staying at the hotel are the central location, the room styles, the friendly and English speaking staff but the bad points are the noise as you'd hear people in the morning when they're opening or closing their doors since the rooms require old style keys instead of new digital ones + the rooms are not dark enough as they lack draping and extra curtain layers to make the room...

Excellent service, food and pleasant staff are very unusual for hotels with medium prices. 60-70 usds for such a good rooms are really cheap prices for the rooms with breakfast included.

I chose Frapolli for my bachelorette party. I looked at a lot of apartments and hotels, but unfortunately, the interiors of most didn't match the prices. I booked a junior suite for three here

We invited people to a training session and settled in ourselves on the second day: forest, a hearty free breakfast, a wonderful bar, excellent cuisine: I haven't had borscht like this in a long time, and, oh my! - kudos to the chef: mushroom soup, shrimp salad, tuna tartare, beef in wine, mashed potatoes with Parmesan, and so many other delicious dishes, a gourmet's dream (and I am one ;)...

The Pavlova desert maybe the best Kyiv may offer, while steak is not recommended at all.

Good hotel for people who like old buildings and architecture (I'm exactly that kind of person). Also we liked the service very much.

The only bad thing is that it's too noisy (at least on one side), too hot in summer — it's an architectural monument, so no air conditioning, only a fan. So it's good for anything but for sleeping
