Very cozy hotel with extremely high level of service. Breakfasts are amazing, restaurants are perfect as well. Everything is very clean and stylish. High standard in every detail

Room are always incredibly clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff are always outgoing and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lviv.

Very nice property and very engaged staff. Rooftop restaurant is excellent. I stop here every time I'm in Lviv and wish I had another day or two each time.

The staff, especially those at reception and the ground-floor bar, were wonderful, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I do have one complaint: Instead of a king bed, my room had two single beds combined

Hotel of good standard. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are efficient. Disadvantages: location near the tram tracks, the range of dishes for Breakfast is not designed for all visitors.

It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.

The hotel is well situated for a walkable tour of the old city and it is close to excellent shopping options. It is in a very safe area and a very beautiful area. The personnel at the hotel are helpful and knowledgeable.

Visiting Lviv It is a great hotel in the heart of Downtown, right across the shopping mall, surrounded by restaurants. We had an awesome view from our windows. The room was clean, friendly staff, eazy check in/out

Securing a room has never been an issue and the staff always work with a very high level of professionalism. I cannot recommend City Hotel highly enough and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Kyiv

I recommend using spa and getting a massage. In case your hungry the roof top restaurant "Matisse" has an excellent menu and quality&taste are very good

The overall experience is great, especially when it comes to the de luxe apartment. But please, for the God's sake, fix the air conditioner, it starts working for a sec and is then silent for a lifetime.

The hotel is not working but the restaurant does. There is a terrasse on the upper floor. I had scrumbled eggs and a white chocolate cake. Those were delicious

Great location, nice rooms, comfortable bad. Minuses: towels are yellow instead of white, dirty cups. Hotel took a cost of chocolate from a mini bar, which not even was there when I checked in.

The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. it is small and a standard size cabine

Also booked room through Hotels. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book

I remember a building which was before this (as I grew up in the house next to it), it’s a pity they couldn’t keep it. The hotel itself is a decent place, both quiet and comfortable, with great staff.

Opera is a good option if you need a unfussy, friendly hotel CV in a nice leafy, quiet and cool neighbourhood of Kyiv. The staff are great and super helpful. Thought the spa was excellent too

It’s very easy: you catch food and you can get up and have lunch or dinner and then go swimming right in your robe. The only downside is that there are no showers for women or men

A kettle was available by request, thank you, but culturally Ukraine hotels...

It sounds petty and churlish I know, but it has surprising importance to many of us Brits!!!) The swimming pool, sauna and spa being in use in wartime was initially a challenge given the power outages, but the staff were keen to patiently explain how vital our contribution to Ukraine's economy really is

On the basis that we did spend money, make donations wherever we could, and generally sought to tip above our normal average whilst in Lviv, we accepted the logic and were very grateful for the facilities still being available

A restaurant, a concert hall is good. The list that is not available in the rooms. Niersbach remotes with TV air conditioning. Air conditioning was blinking at night, but remote was not

Decent, not great It was fine and clean. The bathroom counter was big. It did not have drinking water, air conditioning, a small convenience store or a fridge. The parking was good and easy

of the minuses: no in-room Minibar (alcohol can be in the room to order, but we had a cooler and had cool blocks for it). I especially want to mention the restaurant, which is open around the clock

The cuisine is very, very good, either is the selection of wines. The only "but" about the business days would be breakfasts - they are not as chik as in weekends. On the other hand, the price is lower

Breakfast is served in hotel's Panorama restaurant, is pretty standard buffet with variety of cold and hot dishes. Coffee is good, there are some local dishes as well

Probably the best option to stay in Ternopil. Exceptionally located, nice views if you're on the waterfront side, spacious outside parking

The restaurant doesn't have a very wide selection of drinks but their food selection is huge. The herring and the borsch were delicious. The breakfast was amazing and had an excellent selection of savory and sweet items

I liked syrnyki, which are a sort of small cottage cheese pancakes? Rooms are small but comfy and clean. The local staff are friendly and helpful. Reception desk works 24/7, and lady speaks decent English

I loved Ternopil, small city but very beautiful! The park right in the city center, besides the lake has this amazing atmosphere with many families walking and playing around. Great place!

Great place to spend time with family. The spa has 3 saunas, 2 pools, jacuzzi, salt room. It's good to come with children, the little one didn't leave the pools)) The staff is polite

The spa area consists of several pools, one of which is with sea water, children's pools are not deep, all baths and saunas are clean, exactly, as are sun loungers and showers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

I didn't exactly stay in the hotel, but organized a seminar there. The staff was very helpful and the conference space decent - one of the few in Nikolaev. So for holding small events I can recommend.

It is in the Central Avenue, and you have two banks and the main shopping center to just one block walking. A lot of the guests are people coming to do training, presentations or job for a company

A simple place that is perfectly adequate to stay in, the room I stayed in was good, and the location is very handy for restaurants and central locations

This is a wonderful hotel; I've stayed here before. Since the hotel is located in the Menorah, it's close to the Dnipro Jewish Museum, access to the rooftop observation deck, and tours of the Menorah

Super spacious, clean with lovely, helpful staff. Fantastic kosher breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, tad old-fashioned (which I loved) with nice bathrobe, slippers and proper, traditional services.
