We tried two other well-known restaurants in Bukovel, but nothing compared to the Borscht here—it is easily the best in the area! Everything on the menu feels like "heart food" made with genuine love and respect for tradition

Incredibly helpful and service minded staff. Possibly the cheapest served beer in Bukovel. Nice restaurant with tasty food with a fairly big variety at good prices

Under staffed, not the cleanest of rooms, poor choice of breakfast but beef steaks are excellent. Could be more friendly and accommodating. Out of season is no excuse. Sorry.

Yes, it has been a long time since a general cleaning was done, furniture was replaced (dry-cleaned). The staff is friendly, they even called to ask if everything was okay, if they found blankets, if everything was okay

We were urgently looking for a place to spend the night and in addition to the basic needs for comfort, the availability of constant light and warm water was important - everything was there

It is strange that when going out you need to leave the key, but it is normal. So in general everything is ok

Recommend to visit their restaurant. The most tasty bograch I've tried nearby. Also we ordered panskyi derun which is cooked with meat, mushrooms and cheese. Big portions. Really worth to visit.

It looks nice hotel, (I didn't use it,I just have coffee at the Cafe), but it's far from the center of bukovel where the attractions and live.

Great place, beautiful scenery. I recommend for family vacations and not only. Great pool, playground and football field for sports fans! On the territory you can buy ice cream, beer juices

One of the best places in Slavsk

We drove in the evening and decided to call in the same way for the night! We decided to spend the night as the administrator advised in the new building without hesitation they chose with a new renovation) The mattress is chic, the interior is good, you can smell after the renovation, the furniture is all new, the floor is heated, the room is very very warm

Dinner ohhhhh you will lick your fingers)) Bograch, porcini mushrooms in cream, fish with asparagus, barbecue, they cook incredibly tasty here !! We have always stayed at Golden Trout here even better and cheaper !! Recommend 5 *

Time passes, but delicious cuisine and quality service in "Comfort" remain unchanged. that "Cosiness" does not follow the sad tradition of Ukrainian restaurants - over time to turn into a scoop dining room

We visited the restaurant on the way. Despite the fact that there was a banquet in the main hall, we were hospitably received and served quite quickly. The dishes did not take long to arrive

Both for small companies and couples. The rooms are large, clean, air conditioned, everyone chooses the temperature in the room for their comfort. There is a playground for children

The menu from the photo from a year ago, which is displayed here in other reviews, is no longer relevant, the range of dishes and prices have changed. We will definitely come again

Homely feel to it. A small hotel so no crowd. Just you need to tell them to change the sheets and all that's the only thing. Rest all amazing and at an amazing location has a supermarket and bus stand nearby.

Perfect location, in the heart of the city. Everything you want to see is close to it. Rooms are modest but clean. Breakfast is good. All in all, it is a decent hotel for this price and i can recommend it.

Great value, staff and location! I arrived to Uzhgorod early and was able to check in to the hotel early. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating

They cleaned the room very fast after last guest and checked in me in early, provided delicious home made breakfast and were very friendly

Room was clean, had everything (including kettle, hair dryer, card key access, towels, clean linens)

Rooms are tidy, the beds are comfortable and the AC during the summer makes sleeping a bliss. On the downside the breakfast isn’t anything special

They do not open vertically, but horizontally on a small crack in the summer the air is not enough, but then saving air-conditioning

Located on the main street of Mykolaiv, means that everything a tourist needs, is at the walking distance. The staff is very kind and friendly albeit the English skills are lacking

The Junior suite was nice but there’s no AC which you might need during a hot summer day and their breakfast need to be improved. The staff don’t speak English though!

Usually, I ask for steak & the Ribeye was very tasty and very well prepared & the total price was very reasonable If compared to an ordinary cafe in the city center

Extremly friendly and helpful staff. Anna speaks very good English. Nice rooms. You can rent the wood heated privat sauna for 1-2 hour to relax with cold pool and áll textiles needed.

The hotel is built from natural materials - wood and stone. There is a Finnish sauna where you can spend time after skiing

A wonderful location, with nice rooms and excellent staff! The food is great! Well cooked and always served with a smile in a very decent time frame. It is a very nice retreat wether it's in winter or summer time

Beautiful and comfortable hotel "Beach", is located in the centre of Polanica. Interesting the hall of the restaurant with a large panoramic window and a fireplace

I was here in the summer of 2023 during my solo motorcycle tour around eastern europe. I rate the locations I stay at relative to their price. Meaning that i can give a 5 star rating to a place even if it´s not top notch

My ratings are more reflective of service and basic cleanliness etc. This was a nice hotel, it had a certain old times feeling to it with the decor of the room, which was great, very clean and everything worked

All other services at the location seemed to be closed, this is probably because of the geopolitical situation; there weren´t many guests eventhough it was the weekend. The reception was quite helpful

Excellent place, everything was fantastic from the rooms to the food. Take it from a French 4 star restaurant sous chef the dishes were absolutely amazing, perfect presentationt and an amazing taste

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests

The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it

Stopped after an excursion to the Strapchevskie caves for dinner I liked the restaurant very much, the design is tasteful, the food is served at a high level. Delicious. The sauces in the dishes are very interesting !!

We stoped at this beautiful place on our way to the border so we did not stay in the room. But we had very tasty meal at the restaurant : borshch , salads. Espresso was served as it should be 👌 in a warm cup

I am completely satisfied with the kitchen and living conditions. The only thing is that the sockets are a little far from the table and bed. But in general - everything is great

I lived here for more than a month on a business trip and I have no complaints

We visited the Kook restaurant, not satisfied with the long wait for food. We waited 1.30 hours for the derun. We also didn't like the tea in the kettle, water and 5 fruit seeds, I don't recommend it...

There is a sauna for a fairly affordable price, a fireplace and a barbecue in the yard that you can use if you wish

Very atmospheric place, friendly hostess - always meets you 😉 The rooms have comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need for a good rest 🙂 and the fireplace gives the kitchen-living room a special charm 😘 There are rooms for every budget and taste

If you want to escape to the mountains from the city bustle, then this place is perfect. Yes, you have to walk to the shops, but it's worth it when there are only small houses and mountains outside the window

In case of a power outage - there is backup power. Nearby there is a large gazebo (with sockets), a swing and a barbecue. We rested with a company - we liked everything

The service is incredible, it seems that Ms. Bohdana is ready to take a star from the sky to make her customers comfortable. Everything is clean, tidy, cozy

I know 3 hotels in Kovel area - the best and most comfortable is Comfort in Kovel but U should already book it in advance because its often fully occupied, the worst one is Zolota Pidkova - it is already old, quite dirty and U have a big chance to be attacked by insects who are constant inhabitants in rooms and the third one is Shelter in Kolodiazhne, just outside Kovel - most of the times it has free...

I stayed in Shelter Hotel in 2009\2010 five times. And even though my stay there was short and transit on my way between Amsterdam and Kyiv I wished to make it longer: so spoiled makes you feel personnel of the hotel

They are ready to welcome you in the middle of the night when it is -20 C and the road is hidden under the deep snow

Attentive and polite female employees, including those in the bar. 5 - 3 kilometers from the city center. Of course, parking is difficult, there is almost never free space

It would also be super to have an elevator in the hotel to get to the third floor not only by stairs. This hotel is definitely not suitable for disabled people

We rested with my mother in Truskavets in August 2024. We stayed at the hotel "U Olega". A wonderful hotel, attentive, friendly and reliable hosts. The hotel has everything you need for accommodation

There is a cafe in which the hostess, Ms. Vera, prepares delicious dishes. The hotel is located in a convenient location: 7-10 minutes from the central pump room, nearby is a market, shops, cafes

It is a maximum of 10 minutes to the pump. There are many offers for treatment nearby - from inexpensive to very budget for every taste and wallet

At first, there was disappointment about the location of the hotel, but within a day we appreciated all the advantages

Albeit a tad bit outdated (IMHO), the customer service is superb. Rooms are clean and extra linens provided. Located at the beachfront, the balconies open a few meters away from the sea

You simply can't get a place closer to the sea than this hotel. Feels like sleeping on the beach. Especially great off-season

However, the internet is poor and cannot support video calls

My husband and I were on 1 October. extended accommodation to 7oktyabrya. Read the comments when traveling. As previous commentators have to say. it is not necessary to hurt people unfairly. Next year will definitely come

Really nice hotel directly on the beach. But sorry to say the way the nightguard acts it's takes down the feeling of being good taken care of when it comes to customer service. Really nice breakfast at comfortable rooms.
