Everything is clean, no complaints! They called in the morning and woke us up for breakfast at our request! Thank you very much! The breakfasts are varied and delicious! The service is smiling! The atmosphere is good, I want to come back!

I stayed in this hotel this week and I have to say that Olana and her staff really gave me the best possible experience. Hospitable, helpful and quality room and restaurant. Pitty I can not give 6 stars. I will be back

This property is an incredible value compared to other international brands in the market -- the rooms are modern and practically brand new

Staff was great: Sofia ast front desk especially outgoing. Only caveat is that they have some facade damage as a result of an air intercept, but that didn't impact the functioning of the hotel from my perspective

A Spring Trip in Kyiv The location is excellent! It’s located in the center of Kyiv so it’s close to many great restaurants and not far from just about any entertainment or attraction you’d like to experience

The staff have all been great to speak with and has been very helpful on places to go as well as some language skills practice as i try and learn Ukrainian. The restaurant has a great breakfast and menu

Everything was perfect from check in (allowed us early when we got in) to check out. The spa is really great and free for an hour a day including sauna and steam room

What a wonderful hotel! The first thing I want to say is that it's so warm and welcoming! I really want to come back! It's a pleasure to interact with the staff: the girls at reception, the maid who simply brought an iron to our room—it's all done with such kindness and warmth

If you want to feel like a royal wasp, you should stay at the Nobilis Hotel. Great service, attentive staff, cleanliness, excellent breakfast and great location. the reception service will anticipate any of your wishes

The rooms are old with old beds, but on the other hand, what can you expect for the price? there is only wifi on the ground floor

Nice hotel in a relatively secluded place of the beach. The pool was awesome, the beachfront is very close and beautiful. But the price is a little too high for what it has to offer.

Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. For the high price of the room very bad breakfast using cheapest products and one-fits all catering (worse than food on airplanes)

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak

The Hotel Panorama is simply excellent. It’s so good, I don’t really want anyone else to know about it. Lovely setting, amazing views over the Black Sea. The pool was hardly ever busy

We escaped the hustle and bustle of Kyiv for a weekend. The hotel is located in Odessa, near Lanzheron Beach, on a hill, offering a magnificent sea view from the room. The hotel is small, modern, and well-renovated

Spent here 2 nights in the end of the May. Clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful sea view. We had the room with the balcony and sofa. I guess these are the best rooms. The staff was courteous and friendly

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The soundproofing is excellent (you can't hear the music from the neighboring restaurant right under the windows if you close the balcony doors)

I can’t name them all but I can mention Natalie, restaurant manager, and ladies in reception like Anika and Inna. I’ve got nothing bad to say about it

The only issue they have its with the parking space but this is also solvable. Next trip to Odessa will be staying also here for sure

I have been here once, nice hotel with moderate prices and services. It situated in a very town center what makes the hotel great options for the tourists. It will take approximately 5-10 mins by walk to Old Town part

Hotel offers interesting facilities like fascinating excursions, tours and weekends in the town. The great part for me the opportunity to rent a bike here for some weekend cycling around the old part of town

We are very pleased that the camp has many activities for children: water slides, children's Playground, trampoline, movie room, and most importantly - great fun and exciting entertainers! Games, competitions, exercises, dancing, aerobics - will not leave indifferent neither kids nor adults! Our stay in Rute was just SUPER! All at the highest level!!! Thank you, keep it up!!!

Personally, I was all arranged. Hotels of this kind on the sea in Ukraine met for the first time, especially with the Buffet. The choice of course is rather weak. Personally, I have always participated

Well established hotel in sea side in Zatoka. 1st ans 2nd lines blocks. Well developed infrastructure includes kids entertainment area, sports grounds and workout place. Rooms are small but clean.

It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm

I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv Podil City Centre for a few days and honestly had a great experience. The location is a big plyus -- right in Podil, with tons of cool spots, cafes, and places to walk around nearby

Breakfast was solid -- good variety, whether you want something light or a proper filling meal. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important since I had to get some work done

I had a very pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv Podil City Centre. What impressed me the most was the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling

You can just step outside and explore without needing a taxi. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was actually really good (which matters a lot to me )

It was quiet when I visited. Friendly staff, clean place and well maintained. Has a shelter. Breakfast was the usual buffet and good tea/coffee. It's about 10 minutes walk across the park to town.

Probably the best hotel in Lviv. Although the outside looks like a Soviet era hotel. Opposite the hotel is a Park which is very big and green and from the Park and the centre is not far away

The presence of an elevator, rooms for people with disabilities, covered parking for cars and a restaurant are clear advantages compared to many options in Kharkiv

Of the shortcomings - very weak Wi-Fi signal in the Suite in the bedroom, the bathroom is cool with the included hood (never found how to disable it). For visitors without a car - location is a bit inconvenient

This is not the first time I order hammam. You can go without accessories. Sheets, towels, slippers are provided. Also served tea with sweets, a jug of water with ice

A couple of moments that annoyed a little: poor sound insulation in the rooms (you can hear the neighbors through the wall) and the noise of cars from the busy Klochkovskaya street, even though the windows of the room overlook the side street

I want to specially praise Yana, the administrator at the front desk, who not only accommodated my change in plans, but also helped me make alternative transport arrangements when my return travel to Poland fell through

I stayed in a suite with a very comfortable couch, and an even more comfortable bed (in a separate room). Bathroom is well-appointed (complete with a bidet!) -- shower only, no bathtub

The bar staff is also excellent. Maksym, Vlad, and one other bartender whose name I unfortunately can't remember -- all of them provided truly stellar service throughout my stay

Can't say enough about our visit to Lwow and our stay at the Grand Hotel. We were there for three nights and had a suite which was very economical after currency conversion

Hotel is indeed grand, staff friendly and helpful, and the city was beautiful and vibrant, despite the current war with Russia

Clean and safe city stay in downtown Kyiv Staff are always very friendly here. The rooms are clean and very affordable for a location just 5 mins from Golden Gate, St. Sophia etc..

Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.

The location is close to a lot of Kyiv landmarks, cafes and restaurants. The area is super walkable. I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel.

We arrived late at night, the valet apologized a million times for not being able to park us, helped us deliver our things to the room, and the restaurant-style drying service in the room is impressive! You can't fool anyone with speed anymore; the politeness...

The only downside is the not-so-great soundproofing—you can't hear anyone through the windows or walls, but the doors let in some sound, especially in the rooms with a shared anteroom

Also location is good if you are interested in more silent surroundings (further from the center) and a sea nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful

Suite decorated in soviet Era Victorian design, very pleasant atmosphere. Staff very accommodating and I was able to communicate in English well. Cleaned room everyday with much professionalism

Third, the hotel is historic, it has old style architecture and classic furniture, I believe it was built during Soviet times but definitely one of the gems of this era

I booked this hotel for 9 days. I changed room from small room on 1st day to suite because first room too small, but suite was very large with beautiful view

Second, it's the best location as it's central to maidan and shops, but facing the river so it's more peaceful than some of the other locations

It's also right next to a beautiful park so you get closeness of city restaurants and shops and nature all in one spot

The rooms are well soundproofed; the hotel was fairly well-occupied, but I didn't hear any outside noise. The on-site parking is a big plus. One downside is that there was one non-functioning outlet in the room

Not far there is a cableway which will take you directly to the beach while you are enjoying great sea view. The road from hotel to Otrada beach takes 4min

Also there is SPA with a swimming pool where you can relax and spend your evening. We enjoyed our vacation greatly and for sure will come back next time!
