A nice hotel with a good buffet breakfast. They provide toiletries, a robe, and slippers in your room, and change your towels daily. There's also a gym, free for hotel guests

The room is spacious with a wide, comfortable bed

- And you can have lunch or dinner directly in the hotel restaurant, good menu. - Was in late may and, in principle, for us, it was inexpensive (we don't). In the sauna there is no ability to regulate temperature

The hotel is in a quiet location. No noise that would interfere with sleep or rest. - The VIP room has a Jacuzzi and a sauna. - You can sit on the balcony at the table. We were very pleased from the assortment

- Two days later asked why didn't they bring tea and sugar, it turned out that it is not included in the room rate, and that was at check - compliments from the hotel, which caused us pause, let me remind you we were in VIP

Configured to 62-63 degrees, and is as dead a poultice. Had to get water in a liter bottle and constantly water heater. - The fridge was not plugged into the socket. Found only in the evening when I wanted cold water

It was s classic room with an actual key instead of a key card but that just adds to the charm. Having breakfast in the enclosed front terrace was a great way to start the day. I'll be happy to stay there again

Great location in the heart of Odessa. Good traditional and European food. Pets are welcome (important for us). In short - great place to spend time in Odessa (we visited in December and didn't try the beach))))

Everything was great. We booked a superior room, and it was spotless and cleaned every day. The bathroom was mold-free, and the toiletries were changed daily. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

In the center on Deribasovskaya. Yes, even in the part where you can drive up by car. Excellent parking, but it is better to warn in advance if you need it. We rented apartments with their own kitchen

Happy to recommend the Park Hotel. Lovely room and modern bathroom. Really comfy double bed and air con system helped get good sleep evening when air raid sirens were going off. Basement shelter if needed too

Emily is my discovery this year! I’m very happy that Ukraine has resorts like that. The only minus I found: terrace in the room was not cleaned niether on my arrival day nor during the stay

Clean spacious room with a terrace and view of the lake. Breakfasts at Emily are valued a special rate. Everything is delicious, huge choice. I don't remember this even in Turkish hotels

It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time

I can see some older comments regarding low restaurant quality. Rest assured, this year this has been dealt with. Service is nice and fast with awesome food. Cottage with patio is heavenly

It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

It's not my first stay by this place and I always loved the service, but this time it achieved a new level. I called to book from today to tomorrow. Got discount for booking on the last notice

Of course for some of that I got lucky and I couldn't guarantee you will be able to always move earlier without additional payments, but the general vibe of the place - customer first

Stayed multiple times and the service has consistently improved. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is professional, and the location near the train station is convenient

Breakfast is good enough, you just shouldn’t expect any special dishes. Stayed there for 5 nights and would definitely recommend Avalon Hotel as a hotel you can stay in

7, but it's actually higher. There's a large swimming pool, a couple of slides for kids, a jacuzzi, and saunas. I was simply overwhelmed with pleasure. The staff was especially impressive

Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared

As for the owner, who constantly runs around giving the staff a hard time, it's not particularly worth it, but he does. In the end, two children and two adults were left with very good memories!

Cleanliness is 5 out of 5! The room is brand new and spotless, the minibar is well-designed, and the Wi-Fi is fast and accessible throughout

Hotel has a spa which is fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room

They include bath robes so you can go straight from the room to the spa downstairs :) The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has good beer and great pizza

Room had a brilliant view of the mountains and was very luxurious. It was also helpful when they let us leave our bags at reception after checkout

Great location (can be tricky to get there if snowing as its on the very steep hill)! Food was great, you can hire a ski / snowboards here also.

One thing to consider is the hotel is up a steep hill which you'll have to walk. Bit tiring after a day of skiing but its manageable

They have a nice lockup storage for your luggage after you check out or before you check in. The room we had had 2 toilets, and in the main bathroom was a very large tub, and a separate shower, the water was nice and hot

They treated us to Easter cakes, fed us delicious food, gave us some compote, kept the table tidy, and treated the children kindly. We highly recommend it; the wait wasn't long, and the prices were affordable

The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds and mattresses are very comfortable. There's an elevator and a small cafe where you can grab a bite. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the monastery

Lovely hotel,is in a. The room was perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient, right opposite the monastery. The hotel has a restaurant, very tasty, cheap meal creative.

Indeed, at night some equipment like a generator turns on there, but to be honest with the balcony doors closed it is almost inaudible. All the nitpicks are minor and do not spoil the overall impression of the holiday

The disadvantages are very minor: - when something ran out at breakfast, I had to personally ask for more scrambled eggs (the girls did not monitor) - there was no brush for cleaning shoes in the room and you have to ask for it by calling the reception - we had a room with a view not of the mountains and on the second floor

The girls at the reception are flirtatious and positive. The buffet breakfast is at the level of European hotels (if it is not included in the price of accommodation, it costs 300 UAH, which is easy to recoup)

Loved the location of the hotel. The Old town centre and, despite the holiday, it was very quiet. Beautiful restaurant in the basement. Breakfast was included in the price, but unfortunately, monotonous

Not here to bring shame to foreigners - a lot of classic national Ukrainian dishes - borsch, vareniki, pancakes. Carpathian cuisine, dishes with porcini mushrooms

Was in the restaurant - very tasty food. I especially recommend the stuffed cabbage from the oven. Quick and pleasant service. There is wifi, but only in the basement.

The rates are reasonable (both food and room) and a restaurant in the medieval cellar are just gorgeous. The quality of food and their diversity is also high

The hotel at the old city center, the rooms are big, clean, administrators are super friendly, restaurant tasty and cheap

Cons: It needs updating and renovation (the soft chairs in the salt room are worn and not very clean, the mosaic tiles are peeling in some saunas, the jacuzzi and foot hydromassage didn't work, and the paint in the pool area is cracked and peeling in many places

There's a nice pool with a small waterfall, a geyser, and several counter-current jets, a jacuzzi, and saunas. Good Finnish and Russian saunas, conveniently located next to the cold plunge pool

There is a herbal sauna, russian and fin sauna. The only issue, imho, is restaurant menu. There is quite small list of dishes, and some of them you cannot order in late hour

It has quite big water pool with gaiser, and air pump. Kids can jump into water, no one said we must not do this. All kids are just happy from jumping into water. Hamam is very big, and there is another smaller one

The interior is gorgeous, rooms are big and clean. Ours was with two windows and french balconies. In general, it is very quiet place. SPA center is very big and provides multiple services

Five stars for the price and amenities. A day at the spa will cost you three times less than in Kyiv, even taking into account fuel costs. It's an hour's drive from Kyiv

Very well located, and very helpful staff. The rooms themselves feel a bit old fashioned in their lighting since this is an old hotel. Good and inexpensive food at their restaurant.

You are in the heart of the city at very walkable distance, good breakfast served for 300-400 UAH and LAUNDRY with Tumble DRYING for 200 UAH per session

The hotel is located in the Kievsky district of Odessa, 10 minutes walk from the sea. From the railway station, take tram 18 for about 30 minutes. From the tram stop, walk to the hotel is a maximum of 5 minutes

Wi-Fi works for free without problems. On the territory there is a restaurant, a fitness room (free), a sauna with a swimming pool, billiards, a small children's playground, parking

The bed is comfortable, not squeaky, the bed linen is clean, new, everything is white. The overall impression is very positive. The administrators are friendly, ready to help with a kettle and any questions

Excellent service, food and pleasant staff are very unusual for hotels with medium prices. 60-70 usds for such a good rooms are really cheap prices for the rooms with breakfast included.

In the lobby there is a work corner with a computer, umbrellas, a cooler with cold / hot water. We booked a room on Booking (a double comfort room with a shared bed)
