This hotel truly lives up to its 5 stars! Everything was excellent, from the hospitable customer service to the cleanliness of the beautiful suite, and from the incredibly delicious food to the amazing attention to detail in everything

We lived in a suite with a terrace. All furniture and textiles are of good quality. Expensive renovation and excellent service. A la carte breakfasts, a large selection, the chef is smart. We will stop by for breakfast

When we checked in, they said all the rooms were occupied, so we took the last two. But I hardly encountered any other guests. I still remember the pleasant aftertaste two years later

I stayed at this hotel in 2019 (but wanted to leave a review). It's not really relevant, but! Everything was great back then. Nice rooms, even an elevator in a 3-story building

Room are always incredibly clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, the staff are always outgoing and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lviv.

The staff, especially those at reception and the ground-floor bar, were wonderful, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I do have one complaint: Instead of a king bed, my room had two single beds combined

Very happy with my stay, the room was great and close to many exciting and historical places to visit. The breakfast buffet on the top floor is quite good and with great views of the city.

If the bar in the lobby should be closed I recommend to try "the fog". A Shisha Bar with good food, drinks, cocktails and wonderful teas. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you!!!

I recommend visiting the restaurant – the view of Kyiv is simply stunning. A cappuccino is 65 UAH a cup, but it's worth coming for the atmosphere and the view from the window

Also booked room through Hotels. Told them I paid for it online and had reservation, receipt, confirmation, etc. They claimed the reservation wasn’t there then charged more money for the same room to book

I remember a building which was before this (as I grew up in the house next to it), it’s a pity they couldn’t keep it. The hotel itself is a decent place, both quiet and comfortable, with great staff.

+ Good location, helpful staff, large and very comfortable beds, large bathroom. The interior and decoration are new. The hotel is close to the train station (5-3 minutes to drive)

The price is really good for that conditions, which are present in the Hotel. Value for money! Really I will recommend to stay there. it is small and a standard size cabine

It sounds petty and churlish I know, but it has surprising importance to many of us Brits!!!) The swimming pool, sauna and spa being in use in wartime was initially a challenge given the power outages, but the staff were keen to patiently explain how vital our contribution to Ukraine's economy really is

A kettle was available by request, thank you, but culturally Ukraine hotels...

On the basis that we did spend money, make donations wherever we could, and generally sought to tip above our normal average whilst in Lviv, we accepted the logic and were very grateful for the facilities still being available

My luggage was carried in by the hotel staff. Customer care! What does a person tired from the road see? Smiles of friendly staff at the reception, they quickly sorted it out and accommodated us in 7 minutes

We would have fully understood if they were closed. All in all, a great stay and we were thrilled to see the hotel full at the weekend, well done Taurus! We shall definitely return in the autumn

There is a parking lot near the hotel, if you want to park for free, make arrangements with the hotel in advance. Where have you seen free parking in the city center? And here it is

Great Hotel and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great, lots of parking. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly, food at the restaurant is fantastic. The only issue was noise from the bar very late. But not a big deal.

Although the prices are quite high, the quality of accommodation, food, service, and overall experience are worth every penny. The magnificent pools and natural surroundings are perfect for complete relaxation

And here is a hack: if you go there for a relaxation, you might consider the business days - no rush, no concurrent attention to the easy chairs at the pool

Sometimes things don't go quite as planned, but nothing critical. The balcony door in my room didn't close well, and it let in a draft, and the flush tank jammed :) But that's how it is

The spa area consists of several pools, one of which is with sea water, children's pools are not deep, all baths and saunas are clean, exactly, as are sun loungers and showers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

Calm music for meditation plays in the pool. There is a sauna, bathhouse for a separate reasonable fee. The hotel is quite large inside, the furniture is new and expensive

Went for the pool with some friends. Was a great place to spend the day relaxing. Lemonade flavors were great and had a good meal by the bar at the pool.

There are several steam rooms, right in the Hammam is not pleasant to sit in, to fall back to the bench. If the company can gather around the pool is the only place. By the way the pool is big enough.

It includes spa, 2 hours mini golf and free breakfast. My only but is one the pool, not everyone can swim it's deep also the food is nice don't get me wrong but should also include international dishes as well

There are two options: dry and hammam, which is a real plus! There's also a small illuminated pool with clean, not-too-cold water—a nice dip after the steam room

A great experience! When we checked in, we asked to open the gate, and the staff didn't ask any stupid questions—they opened it right away and then checked us in. The hotel itself is somehow cozy, unusually warm

And even the minibar has a relatively small markup (for a hotel). The only downside is the lack of a cafe nearby. Prices in the restaurant, while not exorbitant, are a bit steep. However, this is true for any hotel
