For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

All services match the description. We were in the Imperial room. Beautiful room, huge jacuzzi, decoration with candles and rose petals. Friendly staff, we were very satisfied. There is no restaurant on site, but within a 5-minute walk there is a barbecue and supermarket growth, where you can eat at Vilka restaurant

The 4-storey orange building, which somehow housed many huge and beautiful (as it seemed from the photo) rooms, always intrigued and in general, I wanted to know what was inside and how. Was good hotel and good taxi services with cheap price

Hotel is 600m from Kharkov airport. Room was clean, warm (outside was -2 degrees), and with all the basic necessities. Breakfast all you can eat was included. Price so convenient. We are weary satisfied the stay. Can recommend it to anyone who has a flight delayed or a transfer.

Superb hotel for a quick stay in the city. Just a few hundred metres walk to the centre, shops and restaurants. Hotel is quite quiet but really nice decor and rooms. Not your usual hotel to find from outside, it's basically just a door on a side street.

Staying in the Pletnevskiy Inn hotel was a perfect decision, as far as the hotel is small, but at the same time really convenient and cozy. I was really surprised to have there usual British breakfast, which was very tasty by the way. Even during the war staff were doing their best to make my stay comfortable.

I really liked it. Not bad at all. Warm water. Both in the pool and in the jacuzzi. Especially in the jacuzzi. The sauna smells like wood. Flowers on the veranda. The hotel is located near the city center, in a quiet place, small, occupies the first floor of a building. Inside there are very nice rooms with all amenities and nice bathrooms, breakfast is good and varied. But! The service is not very pleasant and leaves much to be desired ... Didn't get the size of room expected, no desk or sofa which messed up some of my plans and poor language skills (mine and there's) didn't help to resolve. However room was comfortable, and breakfast typical for Ukrainian. Great central location too. Could be tempted to use again

It’s at a good location and impressive

My family stayed at Kizhi and we were very impressed. Our hotel room had a beautiful balcony with a tree right outside. Everything is clean and modern and for only $24, it’s a steal. Moreover, it’s in the center of the town and so every park and attraction is basically walk distance! I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Kharkiv!

Location is great - ~5 minute walk to the Metro, with groceries nearby. The hostel is small, but clean and cozy. Tatiana is a wonderful host - she speaks only a little English but cheerfully works around this with smartphone and "Google Translate!" Best to telephone ahead to confirm arrival time to insure that staff will be there. I will definitely stay here again next time in Kharkiv.

Pretty wonderful hotel idea realized in a quite old house. It's pretty unique place to stay. I believe it's the best offer for this price, but be prepared for disadvantages because of building age. Avoid booking the smallest room called "mini" unless you're searchich for a place to live your luggage and/or to take a sleep.

Cosy, quiet place. There's a small kitchen in a room, so you can have a snack whenever you want. If you like historical buildings and fancy interiors, that's the place to choose.

It's a new nice hotel, if you need to travel on business. Especially if you're not expecting to be in city center in the mornings. Breakfast is a little strange (rice and chicken for breakfast) but there's also other stuff to break your night fast. Clean and ordered. The photos on the wall and the book of photos at front desk is very odd choice.

Great hotel, the most pleasant experience. All wishes were fulfilled for 2-3 minutes, staff very willing to help. Very diverse, delicious and cheap Breakfast. As for me, there are two minuses - far from the center (we traveled only by taxi) and there is no hall with a Seating area, as usual in hotels of this class. Excellent service and friendly staff. You could order the breakfast for the next morning every day. Clean rooms. All staff speak English without much difficulty. There are conference halls for company events and the like. The internet went down for a few hours during my stay, but it wasn't them, it was the ISP. It's a 30 min walk to city centre or you could call a cab. Generally I recommend this hotel

When got the keys, arrived in the room that wasn’t clean - quickly returned back to the reception and got fixed. Also, only 1 pack of towels / hotel stuff was available in the room but I was offered to get 1 extra. Nice spot in the city center, four out of five.
