I was rescued with an early check in after an overnight flight at no additional fee. I fell asleep so quickly. Solid hotel very close to the airport. Had hot showers and a comfortable bed. Great service at the front desk. They helped with printing some travel documents and arranging a 3am taxi to the airport. Restaurant located in the hotel was good, maybe slightly high in price (comparatively) but overall worth the convenience. Would stay at again if I need to stay close to the airport.

Wonderful small compact hotel! The location is great, in the very center, all the hotel staff from the administration to the maid are friendly and very nice!!! The food is delicious, and the prices are generally ridiculous! Special thanks to the hotel masseur, a professional in his field!!! Great little hotel. Lovely staff. Best location for the city centre. Quiet, small, friendly, very clean and tidy.. Really traditional Ukrainian breakfast. Bargain price for a two-room suite. A short walk to the shops and just behind the museum.

Hotel has a spa which is fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They include bath robes so you can go straight from the room to the spa downstairs :) The restaurant is very reasonably priced and has good beer and great pizza. Staff were nice. Obviously a very unique and quirky place. But genuinely a very nice and cozy place. The reception workers were very kind and were happy to speak English. The reception area is in the basement so staying there during an alarm was a nice and safe option. Plus the nearby supermarket and metrostation are both just minutes away.

Really nice place to stay ! Breakfast is excellent and very diverse. The interior is fantastic. Swimming in the morning is perfect. Personel is wonderful. Hospitality is 100% in this place. Bar and restaurant are fine with nice outside streetview. Not cheap but worth every grivnya (hryvnia, UA currency).

A well equipped theme hotel with medieval artifacts all over the corridors. With kids it is a heaven, because you can touch eveyithing, even the armor, witch is usually not allowed in museums. The rooms are similar in feelings and on top of that you can feel like a real lord or lady of the castle when they serve your breakfast in your own room! Very friendly and accomodating staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. This is a theme hotel representative of Arthurian legends. There are swords, knights in armor, fountains, battle flags, etc... Amenities also include an amazing swimming pool, Jacuzzi tub and even two saunas.

Great place, lovely outdoor pool + indoor spa. Staff were charmingly patient with my attempts to speak Ukrainian. Nice location, just far enough from town but not so far you're out in the boonies.

Absolutely in love with this place. The quality of service is better than anywhere I've ever been on entire planet. The food is great, the leisure activities, the spa is awesome. We absolutely felt in love with this place. The territory is outstanding! We stayed here in June. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Not to happy that there was an additional fee of 150 UAH an hour swimming pool fee. But it's ok because the swimming pool was heated and very comfortable. Also there is a great sauna for extra money. We did enjoy it! In general, we are satisfied.

Very nice cozy place with modern rooms. Each room has its own bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer), cleaned every day (if desired, you can refuse), TV, wardrobe and table, electric kettle. The area is large and well-groomed.
