A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

I had a wonderful stay on my first trip to Lviv. I came by myself to see my son, who has been a volunteer for two years. I wanted to stay somewhere personable and comfortable. An exceptional place!

Great location for transfer onto Kiev from Poland. Close to station (15 min walk) and 30 mins from the city center. Nice cozy rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff who navigated the complicated online only bookings system for train tickets.

Very cosy hotel located not so far from the city centre. It has extremely fancy lobby, restaurant with good food, small SPA. The only thing which can disappoint you is elevator absence.

The rooms are a bit dated, but where the Opera shines is in service. The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee.

The reception works unsurpassed! You will really feel the care and desire to help. This hotel is far above expectations. We booked on Wednesday night (due to my wife's birthday on Thursday). It was my third time at Emily earlier this week and it was as good as always. If you go there during the week days there are no queues or any problems with tables or service time. Great weather, tasty cusine (I had shripms and noodles) and drinks and wifi allows you to work remotly.

Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Playground for the kids, pleasant walks and hikes nearby.

The staff provided top-notch service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We spent a week there and felt right at home. I'd like to commend the management for their customer-focused approach and also thank the waitresses, Miroslava and Irina, for their attentiveness to both me and my son. Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. Five stars for the price and amenities. A day at the spa will cost you three times less than in Kyiv, even taking into account fuel costs. It's an hour's drive from Kyiv. The rooms are adequate though a little cramped. The staff are nice. The worst thing was the gated compound which i got locked out of at 11pm. I had a wonderful experience at the George hotel, they treated me with care and the personnel was always very polite and helpful. I stayed there for 4 nights during October 2024. The central position in the city makes it ideal for tourists. The historical building is very beautiful.

A really wonderful stay. I arrived late at night and the hotel arranged for someone to meet me off my carriage and took me to the hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful - very thematic. She says that Hyatt, Marriott hotels …etc are Pathetic in terms of the quality of service she got at George . The building itself is more than 120 y.o. and ia absolutely special. If won't find luxury here, but the setting is special, with marble stairs, heavy wooden doors, gorgeous hall. Service is perfect as well, so is the breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Great service, nice architecture, good location. Free of charge moved us to a better room, since we expected a bathtub from an internet booking. The only bad thing is that it's too noisy (at least on one side), too hot in summer — it's an architectural monument, so no air conditioning, only a fan. So it's good for anything but for sleeping.

Our group of six received impeccable service. The menu we ordered was delicious. Our waiter, Alexey, was impressive. Everything we ordered from the menu was quite tasty, and despite the delay in ordering, it was a great experience.

It’s a total eco resort. Everything is made of wood. We lived in a different accommodation near the place and came here for a day. There are a lot of different activities: horse riding, apiary, pottery, soap making, a pool and a vat. But each activity is for additional price. Prices are reasonable but the service could be better. Sometimes you have to wait for activity even if the place is not crowded...

The place is beautiful. The cottage is great. Very clean. However there is no safety at the place. For example in winter they do no clean the ice from the roads, the places for skiing and sled is very dangerous as there is noone taking care of any dafety rules.
