A beautifully decorated hotel in downtown Lviv, close to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Cleaning service was excellent. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the area with heavy traffic. Ruslan ( I believe he is a reception manager) was very helpful with every need or question. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

My fourth stay at the Swiss Hotel. It is all about the people. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and very comfortable. Only ate breakfast at the hotel. Very good and plentiful. One of my most favorite hotels in all my travels. You can’t go wrong.

I had a wonderful stay on my first trip to Lviv. I came by myself to see my son, who has been a volunteer for two years. I wanted to stay somewhere personable and comfortable. An exceptional place!

Great place! Always great in the Swiss. I’ve stayed several times and will continue to stay when I go on R&R. One thing I learned is I don’t like the breakfast. I will not pay for the breakfast any more.

This was my second time and it was as pleasurable as the first, Great couzy rooms, heating and hot water. Good WiFi connection across the entirety of the compound, audome customer support and a good place to kick back and relax. Loved the food and had fun while here, would highly recommend visiting.

Extraordinary hotel complex in Carpathian mountains. Beautiful landscape design, selected plants, very spacious indoor and outdoor. Tennis, football court, tiny gym, snooker tables, small swimming pool, sauna, massages, delicious food 🥰 and many more things. It's definitely worth staying here especially if you want fully to recharge yourself and connect with a nature without sacrificing your comfort

Just the perfect place for mountain hiking, close to some of highest peaks in the Ukrainisn Carparthian mountains. Good comfort in woiden cottages, very good kitchen & bar, just a nice place to stay there.

The place is pretty, but a bit more expensive than other in this area. They have a small pool and nice territory for a walk. Good choice of drinks and meals in the restaurant, but the brakfast is not really good (the choice is poor there). Recommended place to visit with your family, friends, children or just for a couples.

The reception works unsurpassed! You will really feel the care and desire to help. However, for the restaurant, if you pay for access to the Swedish line, you can only get soup, arriving only half an hour later in the 1.5-hour meal window. So, you may need supplies! Also, when under load, the medical department does not always calculate the compliance of its resources to the request of visitors....

The rooms are a bit dated, but where the Opera shines is in service. The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee.

I love it! It's newly renovated. Everything is clean and tasteful. The interior designer did a great job. The service is superb!!! We came here for a vacation with a group of 170 people. This hotel is far above expectations. We booked on Wednesday night (due to my wife's birthday on Thursday). Honestly, the staff is excellent and the manager of serving was really fantastic (i am sorry, I do not remember his name) but he was at his heels all the time. Wifi coverage is terrible, and cell coverage is spotty. The hot tub temperature is inconsistent - either a luke warm 35 or scalding 50. The pool is amazing, and the sauna is great - stream room, Finnish, or infrared. Clean, spacious locker rooms, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities. Playground for the kids, pleasant walks and hikes nearby.

Very friendly, helpful and polite people working in this place, but it isn't 4*. Clean bedding, but very poor mattress. As it is located in the tiny town, it's probably good enough for this area, but you can't expect to get the same level of service as in proper hotel. The rooms are adequate though a little cramped. The staff are nice. The worst thing was the gated compound which i got locked out of at 11pm. No contact to reception is available except a phone number which is no good if you dont have a local phone number or go roaming. I tried to attach the gate key to the room key but its not possible. So my gate key fell out of my pocket. I was forced to slide flat...

Very well located, and very helpful staff. The rooms themselves feel a bit old fashioned in their lighting since this is an old hotel. Good and inexpensive food at their restaurant.

The good points about staying at the hotel are the central location, the room styles, the friendly and English speaking staff but the bad points are the noise as you'd hear people in the morning when they're opening or closing their doors since the rooms require old style keys instead of new digital ones + the rooms are not dark enough as they lack draping and extra curtain layers to make the room...

Very pleasant stay for us. Good food and pool. Very friendly staff (mediocre English skills, but no problem for us) that did everything they could to ensure that we had a good time. Beach access, transport to the beach (cable car), and a very good breakfast all included.

Very good place with lot's of attractions. However all restaurants and cafes are very overpriced and the portions are small. The prices are sometimes more expensive than in Kyiv.

Visited for a while in summer. Can't tell anything about accommodation, people say it's quite good. But the 4 km long local road is fit rather for the all-roaders. Mind this. Can be smoother in winter thanks to packed snow if any

It’s a total eco resort. Everything is made of wood. We lived in a different accommodation near the place and came here for a day. There are a lot of different activities: horse riding, apiary, pottery, soap making, a pool and a vat. But each activity is for additional price. Prices are reasonable but the service could be better. Sometimes you have to wait for activity even if the place is not crowded...

The place is beautiful. The cottage is great. Very clean. However there is no safety at the place. For example in winter they do no clean the ice from the roads, the places for skiing and sled is very dangerous as there is noone taking care of any dafety rules.

Very cool hotel. Clean and very compact. There is a robe, hair dryer and everything you need in the room. Very convenient, you can go straight from Gorka to the hotel on skis. Rested at the hotel from 08 to 22 February 2021. Located in the very center of Skhidnytsia (18 source in 10 minutes walk). Excellent hotel of the European level. Family vacation in February 2021 for 8 days. They were more than satisfied. I liked the procedures. The child is 4 years old, he was delighted with the pool, the food suited him. It was nice clean room. But conditioner doesn't work good. We pay almost 3000 grivna for the room and it was hot. You should check condition of conditioner more often.
