Not nearly a 4-star hotel it claims to be. The room wasn't nice, but the staff was.

Its ok but we expected more. The breskfast is really minimal. The spa was not working. And the room we got which faced the wood had bugs that seemed to come from the trees. Other than that it was ok. It is not worth the money you have to pay for it.

A winter getaway is just what you need. The outdoor pool is warm in winter. Spa access is included in the price. The rooms are clean and cozy. The restaurant is atmospheric. I recommend it.

I love it! Perfect service. Great place for a ski resort. Close to ski pistes Elijah, the transfer is included in the room rate. Breakfast - buffet. Quiet and peaceful. This place is awesome!!! Me and my sister made lots of nice photos and have a great time. Rn we are waiting for Pina Colada's laying in a cozy bed near our table in the restaurant. Great idea of green internal space. This time unfortunately our room was somewhere besides without direct view of green zone. Will consider next time to negotiate the room location during booking

Breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, even in the attic room is very good soundproofing. The biggest downside is going uphill in the evening with a gear. But it is easily solved by a taxi for 150 UAH from anywhere in Buki. Congratulations on your birthday with champagne)

Nice location, free parking available, nice and pleasant personnel. Rooms are quite old, good prices. Breakfast not included in the price but can be ordered separately at the restaurant. Swimming pool is ok but showers were not working, sauna needs improvement, it was cold in the table area.

Great service and a nice restaurant and place to stay. Was greeted warmly. We stopped for salad and pizza in the restaurant one afternoon and it was great, pizza was huge! In a nice location, next ti the road but no directly on it. Highly recommended

Amazing place near the slopes. Has a large parking so even if it gets crowded you have a place to leave your car. Really hot and cozy in the rooms. We stayed at the last floor, the attic and the views over the bukovel 🎿 area were great! Recommend!

Exceeded all expectations. There were 6 of us for dinner and everyone was very happy. The taste and the presentation are both great.

Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were always clean. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. Reccomend P.S. they don't have elevator, so going to the 5th floor was a challenge. You might want to book your room on the lower levels

I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff. They put a smile on my face when after the first night they noticed that I had green tea not black and when they refreshed my room when I was away they restocked only with green tea :-) keep up the good work, felt great!

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

If you speak only English you'll have really hard time at breakfast. :(

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

For a 4 Star Hotel is is a bit so so. This Hotel have had the seen the best times. But for the price you could as well not more expecting.

Room and bath size are good. Breakfest is acceptable. Not far from the city center.

There was nothing functional, no pool no restaurant no bar. Yet every request made came with a 10% fee on the receipt. Also missed my train cos there was no taxi due to the weather and location. It was really exasperating. But the staff is friendly and they don't speak English which was another huge set back.

It was a very great experience there! The employees are all very nice and friendly. Its very close to the first parking lot, and the shopping center. The spa and swimming pool are comfortable and cozy. Would come here again!

Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

Great beautiful complex! Spacious rooms with all amenities, delicious food in a stylish restaurant, SPA, not far from the airport Boryspol. Our arrival exceeded expectations. We will definitely come back to spend more time here.

Very good hotel. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom. Charming view from the window. Good wi fi. You can park your car at the hotel or in the nearby car park. We really liked it here.

The place is rather clean and new, the room is big and comfortable. As for breakfast, it's not what I expected, too simple and salty... In general I would recommend the hotel but not the cuisine.

Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge. The shower has hot water and they give stuff like in hotel rooms. You have 2 kids playground which is great a secure.

I chose this hotel for a 2-day stay, and upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by how sweet the reception staff were. Even though they didn’t speak English, they were always smiling and helpful. Incredibly helpful and service minded staff. Possibly the cheapest served beer in Bukovel. Nice restaurant with tasty food with a fairly big variety at good prices. Given that the sauna and swimming pool are included this might all-in-all be the best value for money in Bukovel.

This place is nice. It means, There are parking, clean and cozy apartment, cooking, coffee, pretty staff and one of impotent think for me it was - “BUt of healthy water” which near apartment, very near and their price about $18 per day! Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests. The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it. You can come back here!

I stayed in Shelter Hotel in 2009\2010 five times. And even though my stay there was short and transit on my way between Amsterdam and Kyiv I wished to make it longer: so spoiled makes you feel personnel of the hotel. They are ready to welcome you in the middle of the night when it is -20 C and the road is hidden under the deep snow. Cordial welcome, burning fireplace, solid furniture and local...

I know 3 hotels in Kovel area - the best and most comfortable is Comfort in Kovel but U should already book it in advance because its often fully occupied, the worst one is Zolota Pidkova - it is already old, quite dirty and U have a big chance to be attacked by insects who are constant inhabitants in rooms and the third one is Shelter in Kolodiazhne, just outside Kovel - most of the times it has free...
