Clean chain hotel in a convenient location, tube and DLR station is just across the road. Just one tube station to the O2, we were coming to London for an event there. The room is basic, the bathroom is small, but you have almost everything that you need for a short stay. Except maybe the mini fridge and a safe box. Would stay again if I need a hotel in that location.

The location is good and just next to the underground station. Just a minute's walk to supermarket.

The service was good, and its biggest advantage is its proximity to the exhibition center. However, the price is quite steep, making it poor value for money.

We've stayed at this hotel about 10 times since it opened and we've always had a wonderful time.
However this time we were put in room 911 and I've not had a worse night sleep in a very long time.
Almost constantly overnight there was the sound of water heating or water gurgling/sloshing coming from the bathroom that kept me awake. I am unsure where this sound was originating from, but there was noone in our bathroom having a shower or using the toilet.
I complained to the hotel staff upon checkout and they apologised stating that it's one of their most popular rooms.
We are staying at the hotel again in May and have asked not to be put in that room again.

The hotel location is really convenient that it’s just opposite to Canning Town station, and there are multiple supermarkets next to it, also McDonald and Starbucks.

Staffs are very nice and helpful! It’s really a good option and not pricey in London with all the convenience it provides.

Amazing and super friendly staff with a great sense of humour. Very close to tune station and have lots of shops nearby. Great value for the money

First time staying at the Ibis Canning Town.. Really impressed with the room, cleanliness and service recieved. Room we had, had a great view from the 9th floor. Buffet breakfast was really nice,with plenty of choice. Location was spot on for thr O2. Will definitely return..

Convenient location next to the underground station. Room was decent sized and comfortable. There are grocery stores nearby too. Would stay again. Only a short tube ride into central.
