We booked a comfort room which was petite but it was spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Lovely Milton and Brown products in the bathroom too!
We slept well even though we were apprehensive as our room overlooked the road.
It’s very conveniently situated and just a few minutes walk from Sloane Square Underground Station.
Big shout out to Natasha on the reception desk! Very professional and helpful young lady, a credit to the hotel.

Building works going on got woke up at 8am . Was not informed it was happening. When booking. So after finishing at 3am work was hoping to sleep. Room was ok just wish I could have slept

The rooms are small, but immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and a great location.
The only disappointment was that the hotel was unable to provide toothpaste when I found I'd forgotten to bring some, late at night. I was called back to be told that I could go out to a 24hr shop. This isn't ideal when you're ready to go to bed; other hotels would carry basic amenities for such small requirements.
However, I'd happily stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay from the very first moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Room was comfortable, clean and homey. Staff were wonderful and the location is simply fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay for this part of London.

The hotel's location is the best.
Highly recommended for a family of three... The breakfast isn't that great... There is a supermarket nearby, so it is cheaper to eat there.

Arrived at 6.30pm and food looked very tired and old so we decided to just have a drink and eat elsewhere. I ordered an aperol spritz which was clearly ice and soda water with a tiny dash of aperol and tasted so disgusting that I had to leave it. Staff could see the colour of the drink (white opaque) and the fact that it was hardly touched but still charged me £9.50 !! I would never go back to this place - far better places in the area.

Plastic came out of our burrata. And what they served as burrata was not full portion. Food below average.

Despite the wonderful atmosphere and superb location, a small menu should equal to an excellent selection of food in compassion to what is actually served.

Asked to have an afternoon drink at 6pm, Italian manager (who barely spoke any English) said they were only doing dinner while everyone was having drinks. Probably because they have the privilege of location to scan and choose who they serve. So, my advice is - if you don't feel part of the club don't even bother asking. I have been there on numerous occasions with friends for drinks, lunch and dinner but I don't think I will be going back any time soon.

Pretty place - I ordered a glass of wine without checking the menu and it was £15! Others are more reasonably priced. Nowhere to sit if you just want drinks but great service for supper.

Great convivial atmosphere once you are able to get reservations. Very difficult to get in lunchtime. Friendly staff and good service if you are let in. Great atmosphere in prime location. Good crowd and up market clientele. Some food dishes are really substandard and very overpriced. An example is a very un fresh, thin end cut seabass and overcooked tiny scallops!! This dish was not at all enjoyable nor looked great. Excellent tarte citron though. Came out unsatisfied.
