Disgusting meal and a waste of £30. We were left speechless with how bad it was and when we rang up to complain, lady on phone said she would ring back as she was very busy. A day later and still no call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS DUMP

I love subway dont get me wrong, but out of all the stores ive been to this has definitely stopped me from going to this store. The staff perved on my friend and i, which is not acceptable. Secondly when i tried to redeem my points they stated i cant do it there. when paying i asked if they could put the points on my subcard, they joked around saying they didnt have to and scanned the card telling me they can always take it off... in the end they didnt even put my points on at all. Theres polite service and theres taking the piss, i highly suggest you use the one by ealing broadway station.

Poor service and staff were so rude. The sandwich was made with no care. The staff did not even listen to our concerns. Worst subway ever! At this subway location, we always have a terrible experience with the staff, they should learn to be more attentive and understanding.

While it is Costa, and Costa is usually good. The fact that this place is always packed to the brim with loud, noisy families kind of deters me.
The coffee is as usual up to Costa standards, but the noise is just too much.

In addition, they have on occasion beeb known to lock the "outside" door, which makes wheelchair acess impossible, as the other (main entrance) has a small flight of stairs and no lift.

As fun of tropical Fruits and juices we ordered Mango and Passion Fruit Juices, as described on their wall menu, there was not a choice between mango or passion fruit it was clear, the description says AND.
We would have understood if they have told us we run out of passion fruit and can only offer mango, Is this ok.? Then, the decision would have been ours. After all it was our money.
but we were just given a mango iced juice, no excuses, no comments, no care for what the customer wanted and requested, it all seemed to be... whatever!
The Manager prepared our drinks, still not a single comment from him about what we were about to get.
You pay for what you want
You get what staff want!
Where is the idea that customers are important to the business gone?
I am no one special, just a customer and hate to be treated with such, whatever attitude.
Just imagine you are serving a drink for yourself or a relative.
Just for once TRY it. You would feel very good about having what you want and what you pay for.
Finally despite staff members opening the controlled toilet door constantly, including the manager, no one checked the cleaning condition of it or attempted to clean it.
Come on this is the 21st century! Customer toilet(s) need to be clean particularly in a busy place like this branch.
What a disappointment
