I've stayed here multiple times now. The rooms are great, and the service is excellent. I especially love the high ceilings, which make the space feel really open. It's an excellent choice, and it'll definitely be my top pick for future visits to London!

Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. My room was large and beautiful. The hotel itself has been a school and it’s been lovingly restored into guest rooms, suites and a large dining room. Shower pressure was excellent! The full English breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent with Tower Bridge about 3 minutes away and London Bridge Station about a 6-10 minute walk. The area has changed a lot in the past 20 years and has a lovely neighborhood feel. Overall a 9.5 out of 10 for me and I would love to stay again!

Wonderful hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff. The room was great, great amenities and extras, I really liked the location, a short walk to London Beidge station.

Upon arrival I had a problem with a noise in the room.
The staff at check in couldn’t have been more helpful, moving my room and upgrading me. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well maintained

A 4/5 stars hotel offers no body lotion! That is not convenient. You need to call room service to ask for it. In general, it is a nice hotel with perfect location for tower bridge and tower of London visitors

We stayed in their most basic 'Exquisite Room,' and it truly lived up to its name with a very refined decor. The overall soft furnishings had an Indian flair, and the hotel was very clean. It's also very close to Tower Bridge, offering great views.

Very nice hotel. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good equipped and provided with complementary stuff, and not so tight like usually in the center area of London. Restaurant and food is good. 2 mins to Tower Bridge. Gym is small as usual in hotels.

Coming and going, I was completely ignored by the front desk; no greetings or welcome, just cold stares from everyone. The only exception was an Asian lady at the front desk who was very polite and greeted me, but all the male staff were incredibly arrogant and made me feel very uncomfortable. This is not at all the service you'd expect from a five-star hotel. It was also very noisy outside my window at night, with what sounded like a bar or some kind of biker gang nearby, making noise until 1 or 2 AM every day. While this isn't directly the hotel's fault, it definitely impacted my experience negatively, especially since the window glass is single-pane and doesn't block out sound.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. It's especially nice that the Thames River is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the breeze, see Tower Bridge, and try various snacks – very pleasant. I booked a single room for my son, and for London, the size was quite decent, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is à la carte, and I really enjoyed the Indian breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at The Lalit London. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic—close to many great restaurants, bars, and major London attractions, including the iconic Tower Bridge. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious selection served in a stunning restaurant setting. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to London.

Had Sunday lunch there as a group of 12 just before Christmas, the place was rammed both when we arrived and left. As such a large group at a busy time of year I wasn't expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised. The main (spare rib) was excellent, service coped admirably and cheerfully given how busy it was, all food arrived at the same time and no mistakes were made (though a couple of not quite finished drinks did disappear in their rush to keep the table clear). Would happily go back.

We came here for Sunday Roast. Being North American, I knew this was a British tradition I just had to participate in!
The environment was absolutely wonderful. Extremely cosy and warm. Brings back memories of Sunday dinners at grandmas house.
The food was pretty average. Nothing was horrible, but also wasn't very good. All in all pretty bland. I will say the bread was amazing though.
Overall, great place to spend an afternoon or dinner with some friends in a great environment. Food is not great, so don't come for that.

I had an enjoyable evening here but I feel like The Garrison is taking its foot off the gas - every time I go there I see the standard dropping a little. Please don't let it slide. You've got a good business but don't get complacent :)

Fun decor, warm atmosphere, and a standout, personable staff. The Garrison is a great place for English classics with a bit of a high-brow twist, but not too much :) The steak is a must-order! Dessert menu is out of this world! A nice, cozy neighborhood spot for a nibble.

We went for Sunday roast. Very cosy, warm, characterful, good atmosphere and layout. Food was 6/10 - it wasn't amazing but wasn't bad. Generous portions. Would I go here again? Yes for the pub/drinks, no for food.
