Perfect hotel for a family stay. Very clean, great location, and amazing staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Overall, it wasn't bad.
Because it's a residence-style hotel, it has a slightly different feel from traditional hotels. Amenities and food may seem lacking.
My family prefers a modern hotel suite. Still, the location is great, and I had no issues during my stay.

This hotel is really great, great, great, great, the two-bedroom apartment is super large, estimated to be 200 square meters, luxuriously decorated, and in a quiet location, quiet in a busy city. They also prepared a lot of food. It has both the service of a hotel and the convenience and comfort of an apartment. In short, it is highly recommended

Stayed here on a family vacation twice, 1st visit was between 18-25 Nov 2023 where we booked the luxury two bedroom apartment which was renovated and spaceious, staff was very helpful and polite which is why we decided to book our 2nd visit between 18-27 Nov 2024 where we booked the Deluxe 3 bedroom apartment. This review will be based solely on our 2nd visit.
Apartment: The deluxe 3 bedroom apartment is spacious, however it is in major need for renovation. The floors are creaking all around (Can't take a sip of water from the kitchen in the middle of the night without waking everyone up), the tiles and furniture look like an apartment from 1990s, some of the appliances in the apartment were malfunctioning (Stove for example) and I've experienced the first electrical line cut at any hotel I have ever stayed at.
Service: The staff was helpful in carrying our bags, helping us with delivery orders and booking the airport ride, however the terrible experience we had while checking out was something that we never encountered before. I got reminded by the staff the checkout time was 11:00AM, this was done no less than 6 times during the day and kept repeatedly calling our landline and ringing the doorbell (Between 11:00 and 11:45) then sent two staff members upstairs as to basically "kick us out of the room" and their excuse was that they need time for housekeeping to prepare the room for the next guests, which brings me to the next point.... Housekeeping was a mess, arriving at inconsistent times everyday, rooms were barely clean and we were always missing bottled water/tissues which should be provided by the hotel everyday.
Location: Kensington Park entrance only a few steps away, a couple of local restaurants/cafes nearby, Gloucester Road and Kensington Road also not far off, however if you plan on doing lots of visits to Oxford St/Knightsbridge then you will either need to use public transport or private hire. But overall the area is safe and mostly quiet.
To wrap this review up, our 2nd visit was completely different than our 1st, apartment was very disappointing, staff was rude to us during checkout and did not make us feel welcomed, housekeeping was poorly inconsistent as well. Overall extremely disappointed with this stay and will be escalating to the managing director.

We stayed here recently to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. It is a perfect location, close to several bus stops, High Street Kensington shopping area, the V&A, Natural History Museum and best of all, Kensington Park directly across the street. The epitome of quiet luxury, our apartment was superior in comfort and size, with fabulous Hansgrohe showers, the most luxurious bedding, and a welcome basket in the kitchen stocked with tea, biscuits, croissants and jam. We had spent five days in Madrid before arriving at CTC, so the washer and dryer were just what we needed. The staff are warm, welcoming, professional, and kind; we appreciated their very specific attentions to the details of our stay, we felt so pampered that we didn't want to leave. Many thanks to all of them! And we most certainly are looking forward to staying here again, Cheval Thorney Court is a true London gem!

The hotel is located opposite Hyde Park. The room is large, clean and tidy. The customer service is very enthusiastic and gave me my favorite chocolate when I left. I will stay in this brand of hotel apartment next time.

A friend and former neighbour who lives in the US comes back here every year. The apartments look really nice and feel very homely. My friend speaks very highly of the staff and the apartment. They have always allowed me to park in the underground parking each time I have visited. We usually go out to dinner and I can leave the car there. Parking is VERY tight for large cars so maybe check in advance if there is a larger spot available if you drive an SUV (there are some larger spots but many are reserved). It's fine in general, but it requires a lot of manouvering. I'd be happy to stay here if I needed to. The decor is classic and beautiful and the location is ideal if you like culture. The V&A and the Royal Albert Hall are both very close.

Good food, beers selection is great too. They have DOOM BAR, and TIMMY TAYLOR on tap which is awesome! Do get students in here though they are well behaved.

We did burgers and fish & chips. Both we’re mediocre. The burger was a ball of dry meat in a bun. We all ended up leaving half the bun. The fish was small and thin but nice breading. The chips were ok. Nothing special.
The bar is nice with a good selection of beers and nice atmosphere. I might try again and go for the shepherds pie or fish pie.

Quite expensive, but that is what you would expect for a scenic pub in South Ken. One of my favourite pubs in London. The fish and triple fried chips is amazing and so is their steak and ale pie.

While this place is situated in a lovely little mews area on a Friday do not expect to find any seating whatsoever. It'll be packed to the rafters.
