All good especially location but front desk service is not very good.

Overall, convenient location and friendly staff. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. There is no gym on site but they can give you a pass to use one down the road about 5 minutes away. There is a santander rental bike stand on the corner which is convenient for getting around hyde park area. An easy walk to the natural history, science, and art museums. Overall great stay.

It's very conveniently located just across the street from Harrods. Everything is great except for one bathroom room which doesn't have underfloor heating, and the water from the master bathroom smells terrible. Otherwise, it's very clean, cleaned daily, and quiet.

Just a few words to qualify our stay from the 13th to the 14th of December 2014 : Thank you very much. Mustafa and all the staff were really helpful and the two bedrooms apartment we got (the little house I mean) was really well arranged and comfortable. If I want to go back to Chelsea or Knightsbridge I will surely book this place again.

The location is excellent, just steps from Harrods, and within walking distance of the V&A Museum and the Natural History Museum. There are also many great restaurants nearby! The room was spacious, with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It was fully equipped with all kinds of kitchenware and tableware, making it feel like a small home. The staff were also very warm and friendly. However, they charged a service fee at check-out without informing us. It's best to communicate with the front desk beforehand to request that you don't pay it. Since we stayed a few more days after returning from Scotland, it was fine not to pay it. Theoretically, the tip is already included in the room rate.

Located in Knightbridge, a bustling area, the hotel is conveniently situated with restaurants nearby that stay open late. Hyde Park, Harrow Department Store, and the V&A Museum are all within walking distance. It's a bit of a walk to the subway, about 5-10 minutes. The hotel was very clean, and the refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher were all well-equipped. The three-bedroom suite we booked can accommodate up to 7-8 people. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for small groups.

Generally fantastic, chow mein is abit disappointing, menu needs to be larger and change occasionally. I'd go for the butterfly prawns, hot n sour soup and monkfish with rice and mixed veg on the side. I tried the pad Thai and they haven't quite got it right, doubt they have a Thai chef there but it's ok anyway. Delivery can take a while because it's popular.

Pathetic service. Rude staff. Everyone seemed to be in a rush. Food quality was ok thankfully.

Service is super fast and efficient. Staff is nice and accommodating. Prices are a bit up there for a Chinese restaurant but it's definitely worth it. Food was great.

As a paying customer, I was appalled by the general attitude of one or two employees which includes that of the manager. Closing soon or not, I am seated to enjoy a dining experience and when I forward a question as simple as do you recommend anything special, I don’t expect a silly/arrogant answer along the lines of how about you choose what you like it’s easier!!
Two stars is an understatement from a once happy customer

Service was average, and food was average as well in my opinion. I’ve tried better options around London. I might or might not visit again depends on what they can offer or if they can improve.

Signor Sassi is a classic in this part of London, a favourite of the famous and celebrities. But besides the fact that it can be very difficult to get a table, the key fact is THE FOOD IS AMAZING!
Very friendly service.
Difficult to chose, but my current favourite is the Risotto Sassi.
