The best view in London! Staying right next to Hyde Park was a dream. The hotel is stylish, quiet, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Special thanks to the team for the excellent hospitality.

Great location and very friendly staff who welcomed me with complimentary cookies. However, my first room had a strong sewage smell, and the second room was not properly cleaned, with hair everywhere and missing basic amenities like slippers, a toothbrush, and a hairdryer. Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel for 12 days over the past two months. My last visit was over Christmas with my family in two rooms. The hotel is located on the northwest corner of Hyde Park in a beautiful area. It's close to 3 tube stations/lines and just over a mile to Paddington station, and a very good walk to everything else. We used the tube and rails extensively and still managed to walk over 70 miles during our 6-day visit. The hotel/restaurant staff are wonderful. Welcoming, warm, and kind, you couldn't ask for better. The buffet breakfast they offered was very good. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The queen rooms, although smaller, have been updated, clean, and very comfortable for two people.

The location is near Hyde Park, but it's not very convenient. I'd recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton near Tower Bridge instead. The room windows here don't open, so the air circulation is poor. I definitely prefer the DoubleTree by Hilton by Tower Bridge.

the hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very helpful and polite and nice, i would recommend to stay here again, just that the room is a bit small

We visited the restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday, but the restaurant was very quiet - only two other tables had customers. The setup, furniture, and everything else in the restaurant was well kept and looked quite pretty.
We were slow to be served, and the waitress failed to make me feel comfortable. My date and I had planned to only get a main at this restaurant and go elsewhere for dessert, but the waitress offered us starters anyway because of the time our burgers would take to cook - this surprised me considering we were only 1 of 3 customers in the whole restaurant!
The food arrived in good time and was of average presentation, and slightly above average on flavour. Considering the price tag, we were expecting a lot more all round.
They seemed very reluctant to give us the bill. Then when we eventually received it, we discovered that a service charge was already included at over 12%! We were not impressed by this at all as we felt the waitress had not deserved that amount, and it was not advertised anywhere beforehand that the charge would be automatically added.
We went to the adjoining bar afterwards, but the bartender was so rude and disinterested that we left without ordering anything.

Brilliant service and food. We had the tasting board, it was very good and big enough for two. But make sure you save space for the desert, some really good pasteries.

Most waiting staff were really nice, the food flavoursome. Worth the £16 (incl.) cost as a visitor..I try it instead of the usual joints..not disappointed.

Great place, but watch out for three things: 1 - under 18s aren't allowed in after 7pm. 2 - curling sessions only last 40 minutes. 3 - bowling alley has short lanes. Food in Meat Liquor is great.

The session times have been shortened and prices raised. Some of the staff do not treat their customers with respect or dignity.
Update: Haven't been there a while. Most of the staff are actually really nice, just one or two meanies. Judging by their website, it seems like they've gone with their old ways partly, with lower prices and longer sessions. Thank you!

Had a fabulous day! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I had really great ice skating morning! Ice skates are sharper, better fit than some other places I have tried in the last years. Great quality ice surface too! Definitely recommend and we will be back for more!

It was an okay establishment. The staff were neither here nor there and it was a little overpriced. I enjoyed the time I spent there, but couldn't help but feel that it would've been more pleasant if the staff could crack a smile. The activities they had there are really quite fun and I enjoyed the ice skating a lot. Would be willing to go again? Probably

Food and drinks were brilliant and so much to do here from ice skating, go karting on ice, bowling and good selection of arcade games! Staff couldn't have been any more helpful! Was one of the most unique places I've gone to in a long time.

One guy tried to overcharge me. Had to come back and speak to someone else who finally gave me the right price. Not the biggest fan of Subway in general, and this restaurant had made me even less of a fan of them, because some of the staff are liars and have very poor customer service and the food is slack.
