cleanliness : The bedsheets are yellowed, and the toilet drain is super smelly, so every time you open the toilet door, you will smell the stench. It's so uncomfortable.

Location : It's hard to get a taxi. Basically, I only managed to get a taxi once in my 4 days and 3 nights. And I waited for 30 minutes. The driver kept circling, either unable to find the hotel or not driving to the hotel entrance. It was really troublesome for me to walk to a farther road to get a taxi. It's really bad if you are in a hurry! It takes 8-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the subway station. It's not far away, but it's very inconvenient to carry luggage.
Service : Because my flight was delayed, I checked in a day later. The counter lady who helped me check in looked disdainful and impatient. She didn't explain the hotel flight services to me clearly, including not telling me where to eat breakfast, as if I offended her.

Service was great ! Managed to check in earlier than expected and we were offered the lounge to freshen up while waiting for our room. Location is great ! Walking distance to tower bridge and borough market. Apart from the renovations and toilet being small everything was great.

The receptionist promptly addressed my concern about water dripping from the air vent by relocating me to a different room. I stayed there for two nights and found the experience thoroughly enjoyable thereafter

Such a nice hotel, they were friendly and helpful.

We got a free upgrade on check in, and there was a microwave and ink added in the room. Water bottles which were refillable, and a really great location for central London!

Absolutely superb food and service. Not only are the steaks spectacular but all of the sides (chips, veg etc) are top drawer. If I could afford it, I'd eat here every week!

Wide selection of Argentinian meat and wine. Nice place for large groups and business meals. However, I would not recommend it for romantic dinners/dates because the place gets very noisy. A bit pricey, but within typical London steakhouse price range

A nice selection of Argentinian beef in a modern bar/club/restaurant setting. Hostesses very efficient and helpful. Premium prices though!

Went for xmas dinner with team from work. Main took for ever to arrive (45mins!) asked the waitress who couldn't be bothered. No apology from her or management. Food nothing special. Service 0/10

Great people on the floor and behind the bar. Exceptional modern Indian food balancing flaours and healthy. Top Chef Patron. Reasonably priced for the City!!!

As always, great food. We went for a late lunch mid week so all the business types were back at work meaning it was empty with little atmosphere. However, good attentive not too pushy service in these circumstances is always appreciated. Never had a bad experience at Bangalore Express. Will keep coming back.

The restaurant is a bit hard to find. As I stepped inside greeted by a waitress straight away who led us to a table downstairs. The table that I sat on was good in terms of it being clean, but I would say that it's a bit too dark downstairs, especially with no windows. The food came at a fast pace, and it tasted good. The staff were friendly and helpful. But I have to say that the food is a tiny bit overpriced. Other than that it's a must go to restaurant for Indian cuisine.

Lovely food and atmosphere. We sat in one of the booths and we could charge our phones and also have a conversation that couldn't be overhead. Particularly good for a business dinner.
