Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square in London

Amazing location and beautiful lobby. Friendly staff and was generally very happy with our stay. They have a lounge and free tea and coffee and it was warm and comfortable. The bed was great and I want to buy the pillows. Only thing I noticed was that the person who does the maintenance shouldn’t. See for your selves but that gorgeous old building needs someone who is careful and precise. Some parts made me wince.

Loved this place tho my visit was short. Staff made all the difference! Nalin, who was at the front desk when I checked in made it feel like I was visiting a relative than just staying a night in one of the busiest cities in the world. Thank you so much. Will definitely return here in future visits.
Proximity to EVERYTHING was incredibly convenient as well.

I stay here often for work and have also brought my family on several occasions. This has everything you want in a hotel - reasonably priced, centrally located, two great food options on site and a bar, and a lounge with coffee all day. But what keeps me coming back is the staff - they are all best-in-class. Amazingly accommodating, always attentive, friendly, patient and willing to go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Shouting out Delia for always being thoughtful and proactive with figuring out last-minute changes or special needs. And special thank-you to George for his heroic, off-hours, weekend fixing of the coffee maker recently!

My brother and I booked Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square for New Year, staying from 30th December to 2nd January. We chose this hotel mainly because of its location, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. Everything is nearby, and I genuinely believe it’s one of the best places to stay in London.
The hotel looks very classy, with beautiful architecture. It’s neat, clean, and well maintained. The building is old, so the room size is average not very big but that’s understandable. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. Check-in was smooth, and we deposited a £200 security deposit.

We enjoyed our stay and checked out on the 2nd of January as happy customers. The hospitality was good, and I must especially mention their bar. it’s absolutely beautiful and adds to the overall experience.

A few days after checkout, I noticed that my security deposit hadn’t been refunded. When I contacted the hotel, I was told that the amount had been deducted as a penalty for smoking in the room. This was quite shocking, as neither my brother nor I smoke. I immediately spoke to my brother, and he confirmed the same.

I contacted the hotel again and explained the situation clearly. They informed me that the housekeeping department had reported smoking in the room. I assured them that nothing like this had happened. To their credit, they conducted an internal investigation, handled the matter professionally, and refunded the full amount.

What really impressed me was how quickly and professionally they responded throughout the whole process. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it restored my confidence completely.

In the end, I’m genuinely happy that I stayed at one of the best locations in London, with a hotel that has professional, responsive, and courteous staff. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent hotel, very central and super easy to get around from. Everything is close by, which makes sightseeing really convenient. It is a bit pricey, but honestly it makes sense because the place feels genuinely luxurious. Comfortable rooms, great atmosphere, and overall a high-quality stay. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for comfort in a prime location.

The coffee lounge is spacious and open 24 hours a day, making it convenient for all guests.

A family of three stayed in London for five days and four nights, and stayed at the Club Hotel for three nights. We chose a family room on the fourth floor along the main street, which was quite quiet. The front desk can receive express delivery, and a deposit of 100 pounds is required upon check-in. The room is exquisitely decorated, with a large TV, a microwave, a dining tray and a coffee machine. The floor is equipped with a free ice machine and a water dispenser. The location is excellent, close to the National Gallery, there are supermarkets around, and the service is also good. The only drawback is that the shower room is a bit small, there is no electric heating rack, and the air conditioner is very loud. But overall, I am satisfied.

The location is very convenient, and you can walk to all major attractions in London. The breakfast is good👍
