The hotel is good quality and is very close to the underground station.

Smooth check-in (once it was established which code the booking reference wa!). Location was more than ideal for myself as I am a big walker but it's not super close to any particular attractions. As well, maybe that's a good thing for some people?
Hotel was easy to find. Staff were helpful and polite. The Wi-Fi worked. Rooms were provided with typical amenities including a kettle with tea bags, coffee sachets, etc. Room admittedly on the smaller side but fine for my needs and was perfectly clean. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues, and would definitely return if in the area again!

The room was great, and it's close to the city center and safe. It's also very near Tesco.

The hotel is well situated in Kensington, although a little bit difficult to find. The shower was really nice. The room was quite warm particularly for this time of year (end of Feb). It was clean and well presented, and is a good option for somewhere to stay for a quick sleep. No issues.

Shower head was dirty. Forgot to change bed sheets for some reason… Other stuff, absolutely amazing!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth. The single room was small but it served the purpose!

Perfectly comfortable hotel for a one night stay in London. Like many more reasonably priced places the actual building interior is a little older, but the rooms are very clean, good showers albeit small with spotless bathrooms - and have TVs, kettles, some toiletries and air con. Price was excellent particularly when having to book rooms last minute like myself. Excellent value for money.

This is an absolute must.

Everything about this place is awesome.

Be prepared though, when you arrive, you need a good cover story else you're not getting in to the speakeasy!

Very nice place with good music! The Detective let us in although we didn't prepare a case for him. The drinks were great and not overpriced. Cheese platter was small but really tasty.

It's like stepping into a 1920's detective agency in Chicago (apparently)! Hard to find, with a bit of role playing before you get seated. Once you get past the role playing bit, you'll be brought into a dungeon like cozy bar. Selection if drinks is someone limited though

Great people, terrible food.... the atmosphere is fab, real speakeasy stuff New York style... but don't go for the food! Precooked, reheated and tasteless. But hey, I should have checked the menu before I went. Very little choice. Two deserts: cheesecake or pancakes, but cheesecake had run out (by 8pm?!), and then they ran out of pancakes.... this actually made us all laugh so much that the poor waitress admitted that it was a bit crazy. This is when I guessed there was no chef. Go for the staff, have a cocktail, but don't go there if you're hungry.
