Myself and my daughter arrived at the hotel and were upgraded to a bigger room. A lovely bonus as it is a celebration for my daughter’s birthday. The hotel is beautifully clean, great location and the staff are friendly and so helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The beds are comfortable, location is great and decently sized room for a 1 night stay. There were a few issues with cleanliness, but raised this after with the hotel and it was sorted out quickly... also it didnt help when the fire alarm went off at 3am! Scared the #### out of us, and no explanation for it the next day... If your on 4th floor, be aware of stairs. No lift! Wifi bit hit & miss, but overall its a nice enough hotel for 1 or 2 nights in London. Staff were very friendly too😊

Ordered a dobbel room, but since we were a father and son we got a bigger room with two beds. The room looks clean and nice with a nice bathroom. Good service.

The room is a bit small, but the layout is reasonable, very warm and sufficient. The surrounding transportation is very convenient. If you are not close to Victoria Transportation Hub, the subway, train and bus are very convenient. You can also run to Hyde Park

Property located in an exceptional location near Victoria Station. Excellent cleaning. Downside was that we were given room on top floor under roof, no lift, and it was extremely small.

Some of the people in the company was satisfied with the food, But i wasn’t. I got a dry boring chicken with an uncooked weird pasta, some warm veggies (not accordingly to the meny however) which was nice, But overall Absolutely dreadful plate. The service was just below ok But Nothing i would Remember, would NOT recommend this place

I love subway. I will defiantly be back into subway. But no way will I visit this one again. Dirty floor, tables and in all honesty some of the rudest staff I have ever come across. When I found a part clean table I was asked to move to a manky one half way through my terribly prepared sub. Without a please or thank you. He just said you need to move to that one. Totally shocked with these standards. I have the loyalty card and always leave good reviews but this one is terrible. They also had no stock and when I wasn't given my receipt, I asked for it when I realised I didn't have one and was told "what you asking now for" WTF subway.

Called in around 10:30am on Sunday 20th October 2013. Quiet, but still very very slow service for 2 staff. Constant queue even at that time of day for no reason. The Supervisor had to tell the assistant a number of times to do his job properly while we dined there. Order was cold by the time we got to eat even though it had gone into the toaster during the ordering process. Tables filled with uncollected rubbish. Will never go there again.

Also. there was a peculiar chemical taste to our coffee/tea.
