Pleasant experience, very modern feel and spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Fire alarms did however go off at night. Otherwise smooth and welcoming.

Morning breakfast tasty and worth the price. Sweta and Pritesh provided great exceptional service too

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel ! The hall was nice to sit at night or to eat take outs. The staffs were nice and helpful. We loved the room but we took an executive one so might not be the same experience for everyone.
There are a lot of fastfoods and shops around but the area seems unsafe sometimes, this is the only minus point that I would say.
Except that, you have the bus stop in front of the hotel and a metro station, maybe 5 to 10 min by walk. Overall I would recommend. For women solo travellers, be cautious.

However, what truly elevated my stay from "great" to "extraordinary" was the outstanding customer service. I want to give a massive shout-out to the front desk agent (Tulu) who assisted me during check-in. They were professional, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their local recommendations were spot-on, and their genuine care for the guests is a rare find these days. It’s staff members like this who turn a hotel into a home away from home.

We had a great stay at the Crown during our last London trip. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It has a good lobby in case you arrive early and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious. We'd certainly stay here again during our next london visit
