The service and hotel facilities were excellent. We initially booked 3 nights at this hotel, but after our experience, we extended our stay for another 6 days. The front desk staff and hotel service personnel were very helpful. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the transportation was very convenient.

My room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which was clean and tidy. The room had a kettle, and they provided coffee, tea, and a full set of toiletries, but you need to bring your own slippers and toiletries. The receptionist was very friendly; we even chatted a bit when we bumped into each other in the elevator the next day. The hotel's location is perfect, near the Natural History Museum and the VA Museum, and Harrods is just a 20-minute walk away. The nearest subway station is the Piccadilly Line, making it convenient to get around. It's great value for money!

Good location, affordable and reasonable price. The room was clean and tidy. Though they do not provide toothbrushes, toothpastes and slippers, it’s still the best choice in the area.

The facilities are relatively simple. When we first checked in, we were given a room with windows blocked by the air conditioner. After reporting to the store, the front desk staff gave us a smaller room. It is smaller than the room we booked. It has no special features and is just average. The advantage is that it is close to the city.

Overall happy with our stay. A combination of rate and location was key for this booking. Only downside was our room was on the Cromwell Road side of the building. It was very noisy early in the morning and early in the evening. Not a deal killer but less than optimal. Liked the staff, they were very helpful.

The location is excellent, close to the city center and within walking distance of Kensington Park, which is suitable for family travel.

the hotel is so close to the gloucester road station making it accesible to get to places, bed is so comfy, Receptionists are so accomodating and nice, room is spacious depending what of room you book. very Neat hotel
