The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the Hammersmith tube station, just an 8-minute walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel includes breakfast, but you'll need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste!

This was our second time staying at Holiday Inn Express, and once again it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Worst holiday inn express I've ever stayed in.location was good but no way this hotel is 4 star.the breakfast was awful.i expected more and I won't be back here ever again.and I would love a part refund or for trip to give me some coins back.scammed again.

Cosy stay in London!

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel is just steps away from the train station and shops, which made everything so convenient. We wished we had more time to explore the nearby Asian halal food booths, but overall it was a lovely short stay.

All the hotel staff were friendly and kind. The location is very strategic, with many shops and a mall nearby. The hotel is generally clean; however, the room cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day, but during my 6-night stay, the carpeted floor in the room was never vacuumed. As a result, there were small bits of dirt or dust on the floor throughout the stay.

Location is perfect. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and it’s close the subway station. However the room rate changes too fast at the beat unexpected.

The experience at the hotel was positive. We had a good time and everything went smoothly. The location is great. You find different shops and food spots nearby and the metro station Hammersmith is close too. We were able to check out later and other wishes were provided too. The breakfast was good too.

Recommended for lunch buffet at £6.99 on weekdays up to 3 pm. The price includes unlimited pizza, pasta and salad. Drinks are extra. There are always 6 kinds of pizza (thin and thick), 2 pasta and nice salad bar with many souces. Kids pay only 4.99. The pizzas are always worm, as soon as one finishes, it is replaced.

I wasn't impressed by the fact that you had to order at a counter which is something I've never encountered before at a pizza hut. Plus I didn't find it clear and just sat around waiting for tables service to never arrive. Seating is very cramped and constricted.

Myself and 8 friends came here last night for the Quiz, was a little bit tricky but not ridiculous, other prizes for team names and quirky joke comp was great albeit not too many of us have twitter... Food was prompt and was decent! good pub just out of the centre of Hammersmith!

Went in for a weekday lunch and the pub was very quiet (as expected really). Will try again on a Friday afternoon.
Pros - The food was delicious and the pub is decked out quiet nicely. I can imagine the weekend's get very lively and festive.
Cons - The service was very slow and seemed to be a serious lack of management. Disappointing for how quiet it was.

Great food menu, which changes seasonally. I've yet to have a disappointing meal here. Can be quite busy at meal times, so be wary the kitchen can get a little slow, but so long as you're in no rush it's with the wait

Lovely little pub with a nice, cozy atmosphere and a small outdoor seating area. Just had a couple glasses of wine and a chat with friends, but definitely look forward to coming back to try the food.

We used to be a regular customers, but after refurbishment and change of staff it's not the same place anymore. Misunderstood over a drink, and such a big drama to change it, anty-customer attitude of both bartenders. Gay guy behind the bar playing with his hair and then straight away touching glasses and making drinks.... After he said he was a manager, lol. . Not a great atmosphere to relax after work!

Lovely pub with great food and a cosy fire. It's quite a large pub, so there's pretty much always somewhere to sit which is nice. Drink prices are what you would expect in London and staff are very friendly.
