What an excellent hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, and offered an incredible view that truly enhanced the stay. The spa area is impressively large and located in a separate building, which adds to the sense of tranquillity. One thing to note is that you do need to step outside in your robe and slippers when heading to the spa from your room.
The gym is fully equipped with high-quality equipment, making it perfect for a proper workout. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and highly professional throughout our visit. The only area for improvement would be the menu, which could benefit from a wider variety of options.
Overall, a fantastic experience and I would happily return.

A really pleasant stay and really good service. Ighodalo on the front desk was particularly helpful and kind and made my stay.

Room was good condition, clean and spacious. All the staff were nice and helpful.
Hotel however is overpriced and absolutely not worth £300 a night, minibar prices are okay for soft drinks. Spirits very expensive.
Restaurant lacked choice and was £20 for a small bit of stone bass.

Room was spotless, The use of the Virgin gym facilities was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and brough a kettle to the room when asked. It was very quiet on Friday but sadly it was noisy and difficult to sleep on Saturday night due to the cars racing around outside the hotel in the underground area of canary wharf. Better to be on the River side that the city side of the hotel during the weekend

Located between Canary Wharf and Westferry stations on the DRL line, this hotel boasts stunning riverfront views, offering beautiful scenery day and night, ranking among the best hotels in London. Although the hotel's renovations predate 2000, the guest rooms are well-maintained, surpassing many recently renovated four-star hotels. Both the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, especially the bathrooms which feature both a bathtub and shower, with a semi-separated wet and dry area. The bathrooms are also spacious enough to include a wooden bench, a rare but convenient touch. The bedding is excellent, and the sleeping environment is quiet and comfortable. Room service is attentive; bottled water and tissues are promptly provided. In addition to daily housekeeping, staff will clean the trash cans and turn down the bed. The housekeeper proactively offers to call if needed. Lobby staff will even open doors for guests entering and leaving. Overall, I believe it is worthy of a 5-star rating.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect.

I am an Englishman, like my father and his father before him. I do not speak “French” or “Italian” and so have no idea what this place is or what I am supposed to do here. I was so embarrassed I sat for several hours until a child threw mashed potato at my woollen scarf and I left in order to eat my fortuitous snack in private. “Bonjour dinero” - I quipped.

I have been on several occasions during the year. Each time I have never received a welcome. Instead, I have been met with glum like warm people who just stand behind the counter waiting for you the customer to say what you want. It is clear the management do not care about customer service but profit. Otherwise, they would invest in the staff.
Today, I walked out and didn't even order. After walking into an almost empty building with two miserable people who couldn't understand what I wanted.... jam... Is jam such a big thing to ask to occompany a croissant? Instead they looked at me as if i didnt speak English!

We did go on one of the busiest Fridays of the year, but that shouldn't mean the bolognese has the consistency of soup and the food was generally not good... really lovely waiter and staff, just dreadful food.

If you are thinking this is another typical Italian restaurant, you're mistaken. We have tried several restaurants (including other Zizzi's) and we keep coming back to Canary Wharf* It is always a pleasant experience* Their people and service are just fantastic: friendly and considered. Their food is of high quality, excellent presentation and sooo good. Yesterday, we were in a rush and the restaurant was busy, but they went the extra mile for us. Thank you Zizzi in Canary Wharf* We are your number 1 fans! Thank you!

Nice food, great service, perfect location (sunsets on the river are amazing). Zizzi has some discount offers (e.g. 20% off the bill, set menus, inviting the friends) - check them out on the website.

Perfect Monday after work meal. Food was delicious... calamari was perfect! We were served by Alex who was warm friendly and very attentive. Would definitely be returning for more prawn linguine! ??

Worst place ever!!! They were super rude! First no one says hello then when we ask to sit then they told us they don’t want to waste a table on us since we only wanted to eat a little bit!

A great experience! Service was ok, food came in big portions and was served quickly. The dim sums were tasty and noodles were good. The atmosphere was good and I think the prices were ok -affordable to say the least. The manager gave us free chop sticks, we asked the first time and he said £10 -SHOCKING! Then he gave it to me on my way out. Overall, a good/satisfactory Chinese restaurant in Canary Wharf, nothing more.

Wow! Amazing food, fragrant, great tasting and very reasonable. Portions are very large. Can't wait to go back even just to experience the customer service again!

MICE!! Worst dining experience ever! A live mouse running around the restaurant, under the tables and other diners. To which staff blamed being next to the river, after checking their hygiene food eating and it being a 2 out if 5, so it's clearly just filthy place. Will never go here again !!
