Staff were very friendly and helpful and overall the place isn't bad at all for the price. Few issues with the doors being damaged and quite a large gap under them so it was incredibly noisy with other guests coming and going throughout the night.

Staff great and friendly. Room was scruffy, carpet filthy dirty through hall ways and room needs deep clean. Room faces busy road had hardly any sleep.

I spent a long time looking for a hotel for this trip before I found this one. Fortunately, this hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, with complete facilities and nice decoration. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

Because I wanted to watch Arsenal's game, I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment. The staff was very friendly and provided free parking. Although the room was small, I did not hesitate to write a good review on TripAdvisor because all the staff were very nice. Although the hotel room was small, I was touched by the staff's enthusiasm and patience. I still want to give this hotel a good review on Ctrip. Staff: Denisa, Lucas, and Carlos are the three staff members who deserve special praise. I hope they can also see this Ctrip review. These three staff members are very nice and helped me solve parking and some basic consultations in London. I am very grateful to them.

Overall it's okay. It's very convenient as it's an area close to the station. The facilities are OK. The space is not very big but it's enough for one person to live in. The overall experience is okay.

Failed to change gloves when making my vegeterian sub. When I asked if she had, she had a strop so walked out. Complained and got sent vouchers which i gave to a homeless man.

Absolutely disgusting, my calzone was gross...it was soggy, had a weird bitter taste and was just pure dough, even the chips where wet, wouldn’t bother, you reallly do get what you pay for.

The pizza I had ordered was more oil than bread, pepperoni and cheese.
I had also ordered a Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough ice cream and they had brought the wrong one.
