Do not stay here. The service is horrible and the room was even worse. The room smelled really bad, the carpets were dirty, and there was no assistance with luggage.

There is no reception at night, and no one answers the phone if you need help. I was given the last available room on the 7th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, so you are forced to carry your luggage up the stairs.

When I requested a refund due to these conditions, they refused. Overall, a very poor experience. Big NO.

NOT a 4-star hotel. Absolutely horrible stay. The room was a complete eye sore and the smell was intolerable.

The housekeeping wasn't done right when we checked in, and there were hairs underneath the blanket. We were changing the pillow and duvet covers ourselves at 1am late into the night.

Furniture is chipped and broken, walls and doors are chipped and cracked, curtains are heavily stained and dirty, bathroom tiles are cracked, and the cabinet in the room is tilted: it can fall anytime. Carpets are heavily stained and reeking of a bad smell.
Also, there is no easy-to-reach plug/usb charging points next to the beds; not in the lamp or any outlet on the table. The plug point is hidden under the side table, so you need to drag them out and then plug your chargers in. Very inconvenient.

The hotel did not comply at all with our complaints and requests for refunds. The reception wasn't picking up our calls from the room and we had to go down EVERY TIME we wanted to get in touch with them. Instead, we were being shown attitude because we were complaining about their property. The staff was a complete headache.

We had booked this hotel via booking.com, who tried to reach them almost 10+ times (tried all their numbers and extensions), but no one at the hotel responded.

Still waiting on them to respond to booking.com and issue some sort of compensation for misadvertising their hotel as a 4-star.

Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience. Please, save your money and spend it elsewhere.

Bad experience with this hotel. It is well located. No issue with that. I got a room 30min prior to official check-in time (@ 14:30 instead of 15:00), that was good. Everything else was bad. Room is very small (typical London I would guess), and that is ok, but the mattress is old and bad, a lot of noise (no clue where it was coming from, conducts or heating that I didn't even use or whatever else), horrible sewage smell in tbe shower / toilet room.
They never answer the phone or any email. I sent them several emails to get my invoice with the correct address, no body is answering me. Terrible service.
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Hotel gave two guests keys to our room, who entered at 2am while we were asleep. All because the hotel messed up both of our bookings. No refund or compensation given either. We were on the basement floor. You can hear rats scuttling behind the walls. Desk was unmanned a lot at night, right next to Paddington station. Anyone can walk straight in and use the lift. This is a very unsafe hotel. Please avoid it.
