From entering until leaving the standard of service is unsurpassed. Delightful and welcoming Front of House make you welcome from the start and provide information about an iconic building and all it's interesting history. The bars are varied and too suit every taste, please,please,please, experience Vespas.

The experience was unforgettable from beginning to end, and counting days until my return.

The room was quiet, and there was welcome fruit. The front desk staff were professional and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I weren't in a rush, I would have stayed longer and would definitely come back again.

The room was excellent, situated on the very side of the hotel with a large balcony—a truly luxurious feature next to Hyde Park. The top-notch hotel service goes without saying; a stay here would be an unforgettable experience.

The service was impeccable and they were incredibly responsive to all requests. The location is fantastic, very close to the metro station and nearby attractions. The hotel's dining options are also outstanding. All the rooms feature smart controls, which is a really great touch. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay! The staff were warm and friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful, just like those classic British hotels you see in movies. The room was lovely too. The location is super convenient; you can walk to Hyde Park and Bond Street. The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the French toast. And the Chinese restaurant, China Tang, was also excellent. I'll definitely be back to this hotel on my next trip to London, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Located next to Hyde Park, the surroundings are very quiet at night. The hotel lobby is beautiful, with lots of flowers, and the staff are very polite! It's clean and the bedding is comfortable. It was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in this trip to the UK.

The room is in a good location. The price is a bit high during the summer because there are so many people. Everything else is good. The actual situation is as shown in the picture. It is very good. I will consider this hotel again when I go to London next time. I have to give it a good review.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with fresh flowers adorning the first floor, filling the air with a lovely fragrance. The decor is very cozy and boasts a classic English style. The bed and duvet are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast is à la carte, and some items require an additional charge.

Very good service, friendly staffs. Food is up to standard, considering the price, lacking a bit of a hmmmf. Very high end restaurant not for casual dinners.

A very warm welcome , shown through to the dining room, offered a free Amuse Bouche which was really lovely, we had a small glass of champagne which was served in the most delightful glasses, lovely warm bread. we both chose the salmon starter which the presentation was superb, both chose the beef which came medium rare but the waiter checked first that we were happy with the way it was served , came with a few chunky chips the taste was superb. Our lemon tart had the most amazing flavours and thoroughly enjoyed both by of us. Highly recommend
