The room was spacious, bright, and clean – very good! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Highly recommend!

For its price point, this hotel in West London offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is decent. It's also very conveniently located for transport. The biggest issue was the shower water wasn't very hot, making showers quite cold. The bedding was also subpar, feeling a bit grubby and as if it hadn't been changed.

The hotel's location is a bit west of the city center, taking about half an hour to reach Big Ben and the main train stations. However, it's right next to Hammersmith, a major tube and bus hub, making getting around very convenient. Because of its location, the price is also more attractive compared to hotels in the core area.
Hotel rooms in the UK are generally small, but this room size was quite good. Even with the sofa bed open, there was still enough space to open luggage and move around.
The hotel breakfast was typical English fare. Since this was our last stop and we'd been eating English breakfast for over ten days, we weren't particularly excited by it. Although the variety was the same, the quality of the breakfast at this hotel was very high.
As a price-sensitive customer, I chose this hotel because of the significantly higher prices for similar quality in the city center. Overall, I feel it was a very good choice.

Great location, with two subway lines nearby making it convenient to get to the airport. There are also restaurants and a supermarket in the vicinity. The room size is decent. The decor is a bit dated and the maintenance is just average. Overall, the value for money is still pretty good.

Horrible experience, would not recommend.
I had a serious safety incident during my stay on September 27, 2025. On the morning of the 28th, my partner and I were trapped in an elevator. The doors would not open and the panel read "Out of Service."
Crucially, the emergency alarm provided no help. I pressed it continuously for over five minutes, and no one from the hotel responded—no intercom, no security.
The elevator eventually opened, and I reported this immediately and again at checkout to a manager. The response was dismissive; she mentioned a sign by the elevator but gave no explanation for the alarm failure or a proper apology. I subsequently emailed management, and that response was similarly unsatisfactory.
A non-functional emergency alarm in a trapped elevator is a major safety failure. I cannot recommend this hotel until they prove these critical systems are fixed and staff are properly trained.

No toiletries provided. Response is super slow, nobody pick up the call. When leaving luggage with concierge, guests have to enter the storage room to look for the luggage themselves. Room sound proofing is bad. The next door opening and closing wardrobe is audible

The room isn't huge, but it has a sofa bed, which is perfect for families traveling with kids. We requested breakfast at the front desk, and it was incredibly varied, with a dedicated family dining area. The only minor issue was that housekeeping was a bit slow; we had to ask the front desk to send someone over.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient for transportation, just a few minutes' walk to Hammersmith tube station. Plus, you can easily get to the airport via the highway without getting stuck in city traffic if you're driving.

Friendly staff, we go there nearly every week with the team. Pub and Thai restaurant, good quality of food, quick service, tasty beer. Always crowded after 12.30, so better book a table. Totally recommend it!

A great little pub in a fantastic location, very buzzy. Has beautiful food and is in a very central location. Super handy to many businesses and the tube station. Couldn't speak highly enough of it... definitely worth a look, I'll be returning there for sure! Wish this was my local...
