We have no good experience in this hotel, when we went to our room first night, find there was something broken on the ground and we told the staff next day for repairing, however until we leave four days later, nothing changed. But the most bad was we would like to add one more breakfast (since including two from three persons), we did at the first day, it’s ok and the staff told us can purchase again when we needed! We did the same last night (28/11/25) the trainee of the counter said that it was unable to do that, we kept repeating our request but other staffs stated in the counter did not assist us until we got mad! We paid for the rate but didn’t get
Appropriate service, very disappointed.

I had a pleasant experience at Ibis London Earls Court. The hotel offers good value for money, especially for London standards.

The hotel is newly refurbished. Clean and modern. Location is near tube station. Not much security. Can just walk in and access hotel floors. Bare essentials. No bedroom slippers, tissues, etc.

The hotel facilities were mostly as shown in the photos. However, the bedding was dirty, and the quality of the duvet was poor. Despite it being summer, the large temperature swings made the room cold at night, and I often woke up feeling chilly. Don’t expect much from the cleaning service – they only emptied the trash and tidied up the bed. That said, the room was more spacious compared to other accommodations in London, and the hotel is conveniently located near a subway station

The hotel facilities were decent, but there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, and the bedding and towels were dirty. Most importantly, the staff were unfriendly and never smiled, which made the stay quite unpleasant. There is a subway station nearby, but the trains run infrequently, which was inconvenient

Our stay here was a breath of fresh air after our experience in a shoebox hotel room in another hotel closer to London Kings Cross.
The hotel has been recently renovated and now has a modern artsy interior. Facilities and interior of the rooms are very new and clean. And we also appreciated the room size which was much more spacious compared to other hotels in London - both of us could open our large size luggages with ample room!
Although the location is not in the center of tourist attractions, we appreciated that the area was abit more quiet and peaceful but still very convenient as only a short walk to the tube (west Brompton district line) which connected us to majority of attractions easily and within short distance. It was also easy to get onto the picadilly line for Heathrow at the end of our trip as picadilly line stations are also close by. There were also busstops right outside our hotel & west brompton station is also an overground station if you need to travel to outside central london
Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again

Oh my gosh! Best Chinese mixed meat rice I’ve had this far!!!!!! The taste is heavenly; very highly seasoned with spices, my gooosh, just tasty! Very good service. I ordered and stood outside although being told I could sit inside. When my food was ready, The handsome Chinese man gave one of the delivery guys to take my food to me outside, instead of calling me in. That may seem small, but it was indeed good service. I wish I didn’t live so far away ????. I need that mixed meat rice in my life EVERYDAY! LOVE IT!!!!

What a delicious meal. Everything was superb and so tasty!! We asked for our Ho Fun noodles to be hot & spicy and they were incredible (just what we wanted). Thank you for a wonderful meal.
