🥲 Definitely a 3-star hotel. Don't set your expectations too high just because of the 'Preferred Guest' certification.

🗺️ The location is actually pretty good. It's about a 6-8 minute walk to King's Cross tube station 🚶, and public transport is convenient too. It's three bus stops from Euston, about 7 minutes, or a 20+ minute walk.

🍽️ Nearby, there's a Morrison's supermarket, KFC, and McDonald's.

🧳 The hotel only offers luggage storage on the day of check-in and check-out for £3. No overnight storage. However, there's a convenience store nearby that also offers luggage storage for £3 per item per day, and they allow overnight storage.

🏠 The hotel facilities are decent and relatively new. However, the room size is really small. In a twin room, fitting two 26-inch suitcases is a squeeze, and once they're open, there's no space to walk.

🚿 The shower cubicle is also quite small, about one square meter, making it a bit hard to move around. The shower head is fixed and quite high; there's no handheld option.

🔧 The basic room amenities seem to be just a TV and a hairdryer. The front desk provides an iron. ‼️ There's no kettle‼️ But the front desk said they can provide hot water from the coffee machine? Though it's not boiling water. Something to note if you're traveling with elderly family members⚠️. There's no fridge, no minibar, nothing like that. It's quite basic.😇

🙌🏻 Overall! The location is good! The value for money is okay! If you're traveling alone and don't have too much luggage, it's a good choice👍🏻. If you're bringing family, you might want to consider my review before deciding!

Unfortunately we arrived extremely late to check in 1.30am due to our flight delay and found the service to be very good, the room was clean and tidy but on the small side we did not eat there as all we wanted was our bed.

Truly blessed to have stayed here, especially after some unexpected incidents. We were able to enjoy some great offer rates at nearby restaurants. My partner felt secure throughout our stay. Plus, the location is super convenient, accessible to many places 😊

Staff was kind and courteous and the room, though small, existed as described and was a fine and relatively enjoyable stay with good adjustable air conditioning and a comfortable bed, an adequate shower and bathroom.

We loved the location which was within walking distance to a few train stations and restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Walking distance from Kings Cross station and Charles Dickens Musuem down Grays Inn Road. Room was expectedly compact as is usual in this part of London. Housekeeping only comes once every 3 nights. Additional charge applies for luggage storage pre and post check in. Decent breakfast with juices, coffee machine and hot pastries.

It's clean, but the room is tiny, barely enough for one person.

Great location, a short walk from King’s cross station. Great service from the staff. Clean and new room.
