Stayed at City hotel quite a few times so feel like I know it well now. It’s cheap which is great, but you’ve no access to things like a fridge or microwave (I’ve asked staff, they’ve said no and not let me use the hotels). Whenever I add a special request it’s always ignored/never fulfilled. It’s just fine. Nothing to get excited about!

Great Hotel! In the city. Walking distance to St Paul's Cathedral and many other landmarks. Excellent staff. Will definitely stay again!

Really proffesional friendly service. Staff all seemed happy in their work and really aim to please.
Have taken membership and advised need to do this with each Z Hotel.
Mentioned it was an Anniversary stay and complimentary, wine and cheese were offered, though no membership at this stage.
Room a little small but that's the nature of the stay, I understand. Spotless rooms.
Thank you Team Z City; Alex, Lucia, Jean, Roger, Sam. et al.
All brilliant will stay again and use other Z Hotels.

Great hotel! Me and my daughter stayed here for one night. We wanted somewhere close to the theatre which this was. Room was small - but I expected that . But it was clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They also saved our luggage for us once we checked out free of charge. I was really impressed with this hotel.

I stayed in a few of z hotels in different locations in London. The concept of the hotels as compact urban hotels around central locations is convenient for those who are looking for a specific neighborhood, though to be ready to fit in a compact room

Excellent value hotel on Fleet Street so ideal for West End or the City. Small but very clean room and bathroom. Staff very friendly and overall a great stay

ROOM is not small but very tiny, stayed 3 nights for single occupancy. Had to step into toilet to close front door. from front door its one step to left toilet/bath and one step to right a queen bed. there was a weird pillar in middle of room as well.
noisy dripping sound from above, all day, all night, ask to change rooms which comes with condition to check out in morning and "try" checking in again in late afternoon/evening.
i gave up and they came to change my room shower head while i was away which is totally not the noise origination....

they don't clean rooms daily. no phone in room had to go down to fetch amenities and water if u need

experience wise not good for GBP250+/night. On the good side, room, towels, bedsheets are clean. if you just there for 1 night its ok but not more.

We hired Baranis for our corporate Christmas drinks' reception and it was the perfect choice. The venue is a big enough to be spacious but also has a lovely cosy, intimate atmosphere. The staff was excellent throughout the whole process and made sure we had a fantastic time on the day. All the cocktails are delicious and the addition of Petanque adds a welcome extra piece of entertainment. Would definitely hire the venue again for a private party and return for drinks any time!

Superb. Best bar in London that I've found in 15 years. The staff are interesting and very caring of their customers, the cocktails are awesome and the petanque is a wonderful diversion. Oh and the music is cool.

great location however there was a terrible smell through out and a member of staff (gentleman) wasn't very friendly. It also felt as though the heating was on which wasn't very comfortable whilst playing petanque.

Great bar. Had a lovely time there for a private function. Only complaint is when you want to play boules it's next to impossible to differentiate the boules. They need to be a bit more different.
