Purchased a voucher from Wowcher for ice cream afternoon tea with bottle of champagne. Was a treat for a friend’s birthday and made a trip to London especially.
Booking was via email so they were aware it was for ice cream afternoon tea.
When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant and was told that we were getting the traditional afternoon tea instead. Not very happy as whole reason for going was for ice cream afternoon tea. We got our bottle of champagne and when the afternoon tea arrived there was NO clotted cream. When asked we were told there wasn’t any. All of their photos show clotted cream. Traditional afternoon tea without clotted cream- unforgivable!
We had to request butter instead to put on the scones.
Positives- hotel was clean, staff polite and friendly.
It was a shame they didn’t deliver what was expected as will now not return due to being unreliable.

My family & I had a beautiful ice-cream Afternoon Tea here last Saturday. The food was very well presented and very tasty. As well as finger sandwiches, scones, cakes & a mini sundae, a large bowl of ice-cream was presented at the end of the tea. We also had 2 bottles of Prosecco (only drank one & took the other one away) & copious amounts of tea. Our waiter was Riva, who was lovely, friendly & very attentive. The hotel is in a beautiful area of London & a stone's throw from Lancaster Gate, Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. It is located very conveniently near the Paddington station. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The size of the room can be a bit small and the rooms tend be a touch pricey. I would definitely stay there next time

Went here using a voucher for afternoon Tea.

This is a short walk from Lancaster Gate Tube Station. Be aware there is another Park Grand Hotel a stones throw away, but no great deal.

The staff were very pleasant and the afternoon tea was very nice with finger sandwiches, scones, cakes. Our waiter very pleasant and offered to take photo.

The room was traditional but very modern, I know that does not make sense, all very clean. We have had a few afternoon teas and this was nice.

Overall a very good stay for an overnight business trip. I had a club room on the basement level which was well laid out, clean and well appointed. Bath & shower alongside a good size twin bed with ample cupboard space, iron, safe and tea / coffee facilities. Worth noting the access to the basement level is steep and twisting stairs. On site restaurant/ bar is good but very limited choice on lunch options. Bar is reasonably well stocked but no tap beers only bottles. Breakfast was good (Continental £9 & Full £12) but not cheap but certainly in line with others. Good location but I dont believe the site is access friendly.

We've just had afternoon tea at the Park Grand and what a lovely afternoon it was. The food was fantastic and the service was impeccable. Particular thanks go out to Robert who was serving us. He made a great day even better and is a credit to your business. We will be sure to visit again soon.

Super friendly and very helpfully staff. Nice quite location. Close to some shops and many small restaurants. About a 20 min. Walk to Oxford st. Or a few minutes walk to Lancaster gate station. Very close to the Hyde park

Warm friendly service and everyone there could not do enough for our visit. Great location and lovely accommodation. There are very few London hotels I would want to return to but this is one.

I had the best chocate orange afternoon tea. All cooked to perfection. The waitress was attentive and kept asking if we wanted more drinks. They offer a selection of hot drinks other then tea. I had a delicious hot chocolate. They also sang happy birthday to my wife and gave her a cup cake.

We have just stayed for almost a week and aside from a few small things here and there, our stay was perfect. Rooms were a little small and therefore very warm (we kept getting our heating turned up while we were away) and there was considerable mould on one of the walls behind the curtains. On the other hand, having an inexpensive but very good quality restaurant less than a minute from your room was a great bonus and, although we never had any afternoon tea, we were given free chocolates and a cupcake left on our bed on Xmas! The staff were all extremely friendly and useful - especially when we asked 3 separate times with help printing off tickets. The speed at which our rooms were tidied was also very impressive. On the whole, a worthwhile choice for the amount we paid.

Spotless and comfortable. Great location. Quiet. And no frills.

I was shocked walking in my room seeing how basic it was but when I woke up after my first night I had decided I LOVED this place.

The bed was perfect after a long day...the staff is so nice and knowledgeable...the breakfast is perfect (cold cuts, breads, cereals...amazingly tasty and great to begin a day with.)

I would recommend this hotel and would book a stay on my own again.

Best Italian in London!
If you want excellent honest Italian food this is the place the pizzas,and pastas are excellent and reasonably priced and all the staff make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go back.

Not a bad restaurant at all !! First of all the service from the waiters is one of the best given to me. I sat with another member invited to order opening garlic bread with mozzarella and mozzarella buffalo. Main courses We ordered gnocchi 4 cheeses, lasagna and pizza with chicken and onion. The first and main dishes were excellent .. the pizza was a little disappointing.

Highly recommended!!! Fantastic restaurant, every time we go the service is wonderful, the staff is friendly and polite. Delicious authentic Italian dishes. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back soon!

We are hear on vacation and love our food. Eaten at 2 Michelin Star restaurants this week and this place has the same quality of food and much better service than both those restaurants! Not to mention a fraction of the price! Restaurant was packed and food was out on the table within minutes... Thank you Ivan for fantastic service. We look forward to our next visit! :)
