This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located near Canary Wharf and has a great atmosphere.

The room is well-equipped and comfortable, with convenient transportation near Canary Wharf. There are many subway lines nearby and plenty of bars downstairs, making for a vibrant nightlife. The cleanliness is also quite good. It's suitable for travelers.

Very nice stay. Was offered a glass of Prosecco which sadly I couldn't partake of given that I am teetotal. Still appreciated the offer.

The room size was quite spacious, and the subway access was very convenient. Breakfast was also quite plentiful. I just wish the bed was a bit bigger; the room was almost double the size of other hotels, but the bed wasn't much different. The Caucasian staff were all very enthusiastic, while the Indian staff were less so. I hope the UK can maintain its own characteristics and not blindly pursue further diversification.

The family room was quite spacious and nice for our trip. I just wish I hadn't left my brand new curling iron there! Also, we booked for three people, but the front desk said the Trip.com order was only for two. They added an extra bed, so it didn't really affect our experience. I quite liked the hotel; it feels like losing my stuff and the booking mix-up weren't really the hotel's fault, but they did impact my overall experience a bit. Be aware that a deposit is required – you can pay either £50 a day or £1. I wasn't clear on the difference, but we ended up paying the £1 deposit. The hotel room is good for family travel, its main advantage being its size. Location-wise, it's a few tube stops from the London Eye and Big Ben, about a 30-minute journey.

After comparing many hotels at a similar price point, this one stood out as the most spacious. It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation, and there's a supermarket, shopping area, and even a great Italian restaurant nearby! Fantastic!! The hotel breakfast is also good. The only minor drawback is that the shower pressure was a bit low! Hope they can improve that!

My favourite place to eat lunch in The Wharf. Great selection of lovely Turkish food. Decent selection of beers. Quite well priced. Great service. Recommended.

Definately one of the best food experiences I have had. I had the Lamb, wife had the Chicken kebabs. The tabouli was great, and the calamari was nice and fresh and not rubbery.

This Turkish restaurant was quite a surprise. Excellent views of the canal at Canary Wharf, and the food choices are stellar here with both vegetarian and non vegetarian mezze and main course options. We did the combos for sharing and all the kababs and mezze items were delicious. One of the best places in London for a nice dinner evening.

Excellent middle eastern food selection for vegetarian, meats and seafood. Desert are also impressive with different authentic varieties. Gluten free dishes are available and tasty as well. Nice quite ambience and soft music in the background. Superb fast service.

Lovely venue and generally nice staff. However, definitely overpriced on the drinks, bar service is often slow when in busy periods

Nice bar. London prices for beer. Great for outdoor seating in the summer. I have been there a few times now and one time they even handed out pizza slices. I won't say they were free because we had probably paid for them through the price of the beer .

Really like GBK but on a busy day the tables are way too tightly packed and i couldn't hear my friend talk. I only had this problem once though as it was a working friday lunch.

Great shakes and inventive burgers which I would say are worth the money. From memory, there were two vegetarian burger variants (inc bean) and a lamb burger which I had. Chips are either fat skin one, which I preferred or really really thin fries (true French) which because of their size had hardly any potato flavour. Shakes have the usual flavours plus the hard to find lime which have a large dollop of ice cream added to them. No complaints about the service. They could do with some carpets or curtains though (maybe a tapestry) as when it gets crowded, it also gets very very loud. I could hear better the strangers at the next table than people on my own. The risk of tomato sauce on the elbow is therefore increased as you lean across the food to hear.

Cheap burger joint that leaves up to the expectations.
The basic burgers are nothing special, the extravagant ones just add sauces to make you forget the patties.
It's cheap compared to higher quality burger places, fast semi self service (you place the order yourself at the cashier) so sometimes could be worth it.

Great burgers but they lose one star for idiotic manual ordering system - first queue for a table, then you have to queue again to place your order....standing in the same line as all of those who order takeaway. Not clever. Thank God they have an app that you can use to place your order and pay while sitting at the table.
Having said that - the burgers are delicious and I love the skinny fries; being like spaghetti they are a treat. Also the milkshakes are of top quality. If you love Five Guys milkshakes, these definitely give them a run for their money
