Very welcoming hotel with a perfect location in Paddington. The staff service is 10/10, everyone is very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast is quite good and ideal for starting the day with energy. Clean and comfortable rooms, and very good value for money for London. Highly recommended.

We had a really great time there. Locationwise the hotel is near london central and everything is in walkable distance, the staff was helpful and even provided us a power adapter for free (since we forgot ours at home). They cleaned the rooms every day and each day we were greeted with biscuits / paistry in our room. The booking contained free breakfast wich was freshly made and was really delicious. If you are planning a trip to london I think this is a really good place with a really good price.

Room was spotless and a great size. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing location and room had all we needed, including treats and water, hairdryer, shampoo, kettle and fridge. Could not fault this place, will come back every trip. Location cannot be faulted. So central and easy to get around with plenty of shops and food.

We loved it here. My friend and I booked single rooms and we got lovely cosy rooms, very well equipped and extremely clean.

We stayed at Hyde Park Hotel at the end of July and we had a great time. The location near Paddington station is convenient and strategic for getting around. Inside we had all the amenities as well as numerous restaurants. We were initially offered a small room due to high demand, but the staff were readily available to provide us with a more comfortable option. In any case, both rooms were very clean. The breakfast was also good and offered a wide choice. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the staff: every member of it, with their kindness, made us feel like at home. They made our trip unforgettable.

Everything is average, the bathroom is small, it is difficult to turn around, the corridor is narrow, it is difficult to go upstairs with large luggage, the sound insulation is average, the location is next to Hyde Park, it is OK. Hotels near Hyde Park are more expensive, if you have a limited budget and spend a long time outside, you can choose this one.

I'm speechless that a B&B in the UK is run like this.
The room is extremely small, and there is not even a small table. If you want to do some work, you have to carry your computer with you.
The sound insulation is very poor, and there are vehicles on the road outside the window all night long.
The bedding looks not only old, but also dirty. I dare not use the towels at all.
The cups in the bathroom are covered with a thick layer of scale

For a budget hotel Nea centre of London this does the job however we chose it for the second time because of optional breakfast! It was still advertised on here for £5 per person for small buffet which we had a year ago but now they’ve stopped doing it, so it’s just like any other budget hotel, nothing special . Below is my son on his single bed, we had a small room which was smaller than the one we had last time.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!
