Terrible ! The smell of the toilet pipes kept me up all night . Left first thing in the morning . The room is tiny although ive booked the best one they have . The receptionist lacks th minimal tact skills . I dont recommend at all!!! Avoid

Brilliant location at a fair price. Our room had a private outside seating area which was ideal for us to catch up not sitting in room or foyer. Clean and well equipped room with a comfortable bed

Hotel room tidy and clean. Easily accessible to Gloucester station, just opposite to the hotel. A lot of fast food and restaurants nearby.

The room was very clean and hygienic, and the service was satisfactory.

It was just okay. The room had no windows, and there were two doors at the entrance, which was strange and inconvenient when pushing a large suitcase.

The room is room, but it is London we are talking about. I chose this hotel mostly because of it's convenience to Gloucester Road tube station which has 3 tube lines going pass- District/Circle/Piccadilly.
It is in a nice neighbourhood and is close to Sainsbury's supermarket.
The only thing not good is the staircase to climb to reach the reception.

Convenient transportation, the room is not big but comfortable, the breakfast is good, the service staff are very friendly, I stayed here for 5 nights this time, the experience was very good, I would like to stay here again next time I come to London

The room is clean and the bathroom is large and good. However, the room is a bit small because it is a corner room. However, the location is good. It is very close to the subway station. There are supermarkets and shops nearby, which is very convenient.

Could not be less customer-service focused. Arrived at 23:05 for a quick dinner or potentially take-away to a nearby hotel. The sign on the door clearly says they close at 23:30 pm on Friday evenings, but the cook said 'no' when I asked politely if they were still serving, and the waiter/host person then said he would have to check with the manager about take-away! There were four men seated who were in the middle of eating, so I perhaps I should take it to be a bias towards women coming in to eat alone late at night, perhaps? In any case, I left; no use staying where you aren't wanted. The local Lebanese restaurant was happy to serve me.

Should probably have ordered a pizza!
Service was mediocre and lacklustre, I watched my food, catching flies and getting cold on the counter for a good 5 minutes before it came to my table without a word of apology, took another few minutes to get the waiter back and another 5 before he actually remembered to bring the black pepper and cheese, he should have offered when he brought the plate!!
It was lunch time and it wasn't that busy.
The pasta, was over cooked, over priced and no where near as interesting as it sounded on the menu.
I wouldn't go here again
