No problem booking in reception is 24 hours in the hotel next door. Rooms are an interesting layout, we had to go downstairs across the breakfast room and back up stairs to get to our room on the street level. Stairs are very narrow and bow in the middle . Beds ok a bit soft but nice size as 2 singles pushed together. Some street noise to be expected in London but not too bad. Noise from upstairs toilets who clearly were having an issue with the flush ( 26 times in 10 minutes was a bit excessive!) think drainage must be an issue as our bathroom smelled rather unpleasant . Well located to underground stations 5-10 mins to Goodge Street . We walked from St pancreas international station with rucksacks on arrival and departure about 15-20mins

The room is nice, the staff is friendly. The only bad thing is the noise produced by the water from rooms next to ours. Maybe they can put some hours restrictions

the hotel mixed up our rooms and we got allocated to a level 3 room thereafter. THERE ARE NO LIFTS IN THIS HOTEL so do note as we had to carry our 20kg big luggages up to the 3rd floor through many many tight staircases OURSELVES… please do note this point especially if you are a female solo traveller and have difficulty carrying your luggage up long flights of staircases.

there’s also no aircon/heater in the room and only a single fan… the windows also cannot be opened for ventilation so it was a little hot and stuffy after awhile.

the water from the tap also was a little whiteish and i was scared to rinse my mouth with it so i opted for bottled water to rinse.

breakfast was provided and it is pretty good. it was pricey but not that bad compared to others for new year’s eve and new year’s day stay. decent budget hotel.

There is no isolation or resistancefor cold weather, wall and windows feel all cold weather. Location is perfect, reception, people and service are good enough.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The room was compact and cute overall, and the hygiene was excellent. Although the breakfast in the morning was simple, you could tell it was made with great care given the limited budget.

It's a relatively small hotel. If you stay on the first floor, you might be bothered by street noise from cars. The cleanliness could be slightly better, but the location is great and the service is excellent.

The hotel's location was good, but because we were assigned a room in the adjacent flat, every time we wanted to leave, we had to go down to the basement first, then up to the main entrance of the flat. The stairs were also quite narrow and inconvenient.

A traditional English-style room, small but well-equipped. Overall, it's good. It's in central London, very close to museums and UCL. Chinatown isn't far either. The breakfast is simple and practical.

The bar looks stunning and the service is amazing. Great selection of cocktails. Daniella the waitress was extremely friendly and helpful giving us the best advices choosing the cocktails. We had a lovely night celebrating my birthday. Definitely coming back.

The restaurant has a nice, if slightly unusual (quite dark!) ambience. The food and service are good, but the menu is expensive. Portion sizes are good and filling. Good drinks menu.

Had a lovely time..the atmosphere was lovely and staff very friendly and gave great service. Food was also amazing. Could barely finish my mains (duck) because the prawn toast starters were so filling. Then went downstairs to the bar which was fun and not too packed on a Friday night. Would definately visit again.

What can I say. Food here is absolutely amazing! Great location, amazing decor and friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable. It also has a fantastic bar down stairs which made some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Great for couples, families and large groups.

The food was very nice and the price for two ... reasonable with a bottle of water mind you, water was 4.95. But I guess you can ask for tap water which I believe to be free.

Having looked at the pictures before going. It was the boutique decor that sold it to me, I like to dine in places that look nice as well as good reviews on food.

The decor upstairs was nice.
Downstairs at the bar was also nice but didn't live up to my expectations.
Was very nice but stools could do with renewal or repair on some as they were slightly damaged.
Booths were a lovely touch and luckily I managed to get one.
Red carpet on stairs could do with being replaced.

Bar staff were lovely and accompanying.
Cocktails were very nice and worth the money. Made by bar staff who know what they are doing.

Overall food and drink was very good and one again reasonably priced.
The place is not pretentious at all.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of minor amendments mentioned.
I definitely will be back to revisit with friends, hopefully over the weekend!
