This was the most spacious hotel I’ve stayed at in London. It’s located in a quiet residential area, which is very peaceful. Although the building itself is a bit older and you can hear footsteps from the floor above, it didn’t really bother me.
The bed and bathroom was also large and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. With such a reasonable price, I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great location. Clean. Only thing we didn’t like was emergency vehicles passing by their sirens on. Little bit noisy but not bad.

It’s ok. Room is tight but for London is good enough, very fast check out.

typical london hotel but by far one of the best ones on shepherds bush road. Clean and good facilities. Hotel staff couldnt have been more helpful.

It was really good, especially considering the low price. Being on the first floor was convenient, but for those with suitcases, going up to the second floor via stairs might be a challenge.

Brilliant value for the location, really close to tubes and shops, plenty of eateries around. Room was very comfortable, small shower room but definitely had everything you could need.
The only thing missing is a bar or restaurant but obviously space is at a premium. Would definitely stay again.

I hadn't been here for over ten years, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was still a good place to drink and eat. Good selection of beers and good food too. Attentive staff. It was heaving by the time we left, so if popularity is anything to go by, its onto a winner. Recommended/

Been here a few times. Amazing in the summer but surprisingly quiet in the run up to Christmas. Wonderful food and decent drinks. Never had an issue with the staff neither, great professionals

The atmosphere is great, the music isn't too loud and there is a very nice, spacious garden area. I usually dislike going to pubs but this is one of the exceptions.

A consistently good experience in beautiful surroundings. Staff always friendly, good range of well-kept beers, and good (traditional) pub food. Good beer garden for the summer. The weekly quiz is very highly recommended, with interesting and innovative rounds.
